【摘要】：與西方發(fā)達國家和第三世界國家相比,無家可歸現(xiàn)象在當(dāng)代中國都市還不算是十分顯眼的社會問題,但卻呈現(xiàn)出一個潛在成長的趨勢:在廣場、公園等公共空間內(nèi),在地下通道、橋洞或車站等公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施附近,或者在24小時開放的商業(yè)設(shè)施中,我們都能看到街頭露宿現(xiàn)象的常態(tài);街頭流浪者本身也呈現(xiàn)出一定程度的邊緣性和模糊性,往往以拾荒者、職業(yè)乞丐和流浪藝人等身份占據(jù)并定義特定的空間。本文的核心內(nèi)容,是要去探討在當(dāng)代中國社會制度變遷的語境下,作為無家可歸現(xiàn)象中的一個主流亞型,在諸如北京這一類的核心都市地帶,街頭流浪現(xiàn)象的社會生產(chǎn)機制。文章認為,作為結(jié)構(gòu)性力量的社會制度實踐(住宅的社會供給、農(nóng)地制度和社會救助制度等),以及反映社會行動者能動性的策略性適應(yīng)(making"home"of from the scratch),在文化規(guī)范和文化心智的中介下,構(gòu)成了解釋當(dāng)代都市街頭流浪現(xiàn)象的一個多元的、均衡的理論視角。
[Abstract]:Compared with western developed countries and third world countries, homelessness is not yet a conspicuous social problem in contemporary Chinese cities, but it shows a potential growth trend: in public spaces such as squares, parks, etc. In the vicinity of public infrastructure, such as underground passages, bridges or stations, or in commercial facilities that are open 24 hours a day, we can all see the normality of street sleeping; The street people themselves also show a certain degree of edge and fuzziness. They often occupy and define a specific space as scavengers, professional beggars and vagrants. The core content of this paper is to explore the social production mechanism of the street phenomenon in the core urban areas such as Beijing as a mainstream subtype of homelessness in the context of social system changes in contemporary China. The paper holds that the social system practice as a structural force (social supply of housing, agricultural land system and social assistance system, etc.) and the making "home" of from the scratch), which reflect the dynamic role of social actors, etc. Under the intermediary of cultural norms and cultural mind, it constitutes a pluralistic and balanced theoretical perspective to explain the contemporary urban street phenomenon.
