【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展及城市化的進程加快，國家開始注重城市社區(qū)的建設與發(fā)展。城市社區(qū)居委會是城市社區(qū)建設與發(fā)展中最為基本和核心的內(nèi)容，居委會作為提供社區(qū)服務的載體，，其服務職能能否有效發(fā)揮對社區(qū)的建設有直接影響。社會資本的各項資源直接對居委會的服務效果造成影響。所以通過增強社會資本來提高社區(qū)居委會的服務效果對社區(qū)管理意義重大。同時本文的研究也因此具有很強的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文綜合前人的研究,以社會資本理論、團隊績效以及組織社會學理論為指導，首先界定了社會資本和居委會的相關(guān)概念后，采用三維度劃分方式即將社會資本劃分為：結(jié)構(gòu)、關(guān)系、認知三個維度；而對于居委會服務效果分為任務績效和周邊績效并各自分出衡量指標。分析出社會資本各個維度對居委會服務效果兩個維度之間的關(guān)系，提出理論假設。筆者以青島市三個社區(qū)作為調(diào)查問卷的發(fā)放對象，將數(shù)據(jù)進行整理后用SPSS進行分析，主要分析方法有：描述性分析、回歸分析、信度效度檢驗、相關(guān)分析、T檢驗和單因素方差。本文得出的主要結(jié)論是： (1)社區(qū)社會資本與社區(qū)居委會服務效果正相關(guān)。（2）社會資本的三個維度均對社區(qū)居委會服務效果影響有正向影響，其影響顯著程度按由高到低的順序依次是關(guān)系維度、結(jié)構(gòu)維度、認知維度。（3）人口統(tǒng)計變量中，年齡、文化程度對社區(qū)社會資本有明顯相關(guān)；而只有社區(qū)居住年限對社區(qū)居委會服務效果有顯著影響。 根據(jù)上述結(jié)論提出以下建議：（1）提高社區(qū)社會資本中結(jié)構(gòu)維度社會資本的存量（2）充分發(fā)揮關(guān)系維度社會資本在提高居委會服務效果中的直接正向影響作用和中介作用。（3）利用好認知維度社會資本對社區(qū)居委會服務效果的正向作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the country began to pay attention to the construction and development of urban communities. Urban community neighborhood committee is the most basic and core content in the construction and development of urban community. As the carrier of providing community service, its service function has a direct impact on the construction of the community. The resources of social capital directly affect the service effect of neighborhood committee. Therefore, it is of great significance for community management to improve the service effect of community neighborhood committee by strengthening social capital. At the same time, the study of this paper also has a strong practical significance. Based on the theories of social capital, team performance and sociology of organization, this paper firstly defines the concepts of social capital and neighborhood committee, and then divides social capital into three dimensions: structure. Relationship, cognitive three dimensions; The effect of neighborhood committee service is divided into task performance and peripheral performance. The relationship between each dimension of social capital and the service effect of neighborhood committee is analyzed, and the theoretical hypothesis is put forward. The author takes three communities in Qingdao as the object of questionnaire, and analyzes the data by SPSS. The main methods are descriptive analysis, regression analysis, reliability validity test, correlation analysis. T test and single factor variance. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the community social capital is positively related to the community neighborhood committee service effect. (2) the three dimensions of social capital have a positive impact on the community neighborhood committee service effect. The order of influence significance from high to low is relational dimension, structural dimension and cognitive dimension. (3) in demographic variables, age and education level are significantly related to community social capital; Only the number of years of living in the community has a significant impact on the effect of community neighborhood committee service. According to the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) to improve the stock of social capital in the structural dimension of community social capital; (2) to give full play to the direct positive influence of the social capital of relational dimension in improving the service effect of neighborhood committee. (3) the positive effect of social capital on community neighborhood committee service.
