【摘要】：機構養(yǎng)老在我國養(yǎng)老體系中起到支撐作用,目前我國機構養(yǎng)老面臨財政資金投入不足、負債經(jīng)營、缺乏專業(yè)化養(yǎng)老服務的困境,應加大政府對機構養(yǎng)老的財政投入、構建雙紅利導向型社會企業(yè)發(fā)展模式、加強養(yǎng)老機構管理規(guī)范化,為老人提供高質量的服務,為社會減輕養(yǎng)老負擔。
[Abstract]:Institutional old-age support plays a supporting role in China's pension system. At present, China's institutional old-age pension faces the dilemma of insufficient financial investment, debt management and lack of specialized pension services. Therefore, the government should increase the financial input for institutional old-age care. The development model of double dividend oriented social enterprises should be constructed, the management of pension institutions should be standardized, the elderly should be provided with high quality service and the burden of the aged should be lightened.
