【摘要】：近代以來,拉普拉塔地區(qū)在英國海外貿(mào)易中的地位凸顯。法國大革命及拉普拉塔獨立運動使英國陷入聯(lián)合西班牙抗衡法國,支持拉普拉塔以確保貿(mào)易利益的兩難困境;西班牙、葡萄牙和拉普拉塔在“東岸地區(qū)”的爭奪使局勢更加復雜化。英國唯有調(diào)解各方矛盾方能最大程度維護自身利益。拿破侖戰(zhàn)爭期間,英國分別對西、葡和拉普拉塔關(guān)系進行雙邊調(diào)解,成功拖延了拉普拉塔的獨立進程。法國戰(zhàn)敗后,英國轉(zhuǎn)而利用“歐洲協(xié)調(diào)”進行“聯(lián)合調(diào)解”,阻止了西班牙對拉普拉塔的再次征服。1824年,英國承認拉普拉塔獨立,“調(diào)解政策”終結(jié)�！罢{(diào)解政策”兼顧了英國在歐洲和拉普拉塔的利益,客觀上維護了拉普拉塔獨立,奠定了近代英國與阿根廷關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Since modern times, the status of the La Plata region in British overseas trade has become prominent. The French Revolution and the Independence Movement of La Plata put Britain in a dilemma of joining Spain against France and supporting La Plata to ensure trade interests. The scramble between Spain, Portugal and La Plata over the East Coast complicates the situation. Only by mediating the contradictions between the parties can Britain defend its own interests to the maximum extent. During the Napoleon War, Britain brokered bilateral relations between Spain, Portugal and La Plata, successfully delaying the process of independence of La Plata. After the defeat of France, Britain turned to "United mediation" with "European coordination", which prevented Spain from conquering La Plata again. In 1824, Britain recognized the independence of La Plata, and the "mediation policy" came to an end. "Mediation Policy" takes into account the interests of Britain in Europe and La Plata, and objectively preserves the independence of La Plata and lays the foundation for the relations between Britain and Argentina in modern times.
