【摘要】：以習近平同志為核心的中國新一屆領導集體,在繼承中國外交基本原則、目標和戰(zhàn)略布局的同時,在外交理念、政策和風格方面進行了一系列創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展,就新形勢下中國外交的目標、路徑、原則、手段等問題作出全面深入的闡述,形成了中國特色大國外交理論體系的基本架構。中國特色大國外交追求的目標是實現(xiàn)民族復興和打造人類命運共同體,基本途徑是堅持和平發(fā)展,核心原則是合作共贏,主要手段是建設伙伴關系,價值取向是踐行正確義利觀,拓展平臺是全球治理。中國特色大國外交的理念和實踐創(chuàng)新為新時期全方位推進外交外事工作提供了堅實的外交保障。
[Abstract]:The new leadership of China, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has carried out a series of innovations and developments in diplomatic concepts, policies and styles while inheriting the basic principles, objectives and strategic layout of China's diplomacy. In this paper, the goal, path, principle and means of China's diplomacy under the new situation are expounded in an all-round way, which forms the basic framework of the diplomatic theory system of the great powers with Chinese characteristics. The goal pursued by the great powers with Chinese characteristics in diplomacy is to achieve national rejuvenation and build a community of human destinies, the basic way is to adhere to peaceful development, the core principle is to cooperate and win together, and the main means is to build a partnership. Value orientation is to practice the correct view of justice and profit, and the expanding platform is global governance. The innovation of the concept and practice of great powers' diplomacy with Chinese characteristics provides a solid diplomatic guarantee for the all-round promotion of foreign affairs in the new period.
