【摘要】：共享發(fā)展理念是堅(jiān)持人民主體地位,讓發(fā)展成果惠及全體人民的價(jià)值理念創(chuàng)新,彰顯了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的本質(zhì)要求。實(shí)現(xiàn)共享發(fā)展的價(jià)值目標(biāo),需要圍繞回答"由誰(shuí)共享"、"共享什么"、"如何共享"等相關(guān)問(wèn)題,從價(jià)值理論上厘清價(jià)值主體的人民個(gè)體與整體、規(guī)范性價(jià)值與實(shí)證性價(jià)值、經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值與環(huán)境價(jià)值、價(jià)值創(chuàng)造與價(jià)值享用的辯證關(guān)系,并在實(shí)踐中正確處理共享主體的整體性矛盾、共享內(nèi)容的全面性矛盾、共享路徑的持續(xù)性矛盾和共享目標(biāo)的差異性矛盾,進(jìn)而全面推進(jìn)落實(shí)共享發(fā)展理念所蘊(yùn)含的"全民共享、全面共享、漸進(jìn)共享和共建共享"的豐富內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:The idea of shared development is the innovation of the value concept of upholding the people's dominant position and making the development achievements benefit the whole people, which demonstrates the essential requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In order to realize the value goal of shared development, it is necessary to clarify the individual and the whole of the people, the normative value and the positive value of the subject of value by answering the relevant questions such as "who shares", "what to share" and "how to share". The dialectical relationship between economic value and environmental value, value creation and value enjoyment, and correctly dealing with the overall contradiction of the sharing subject and the comprehensive contradiction of the shared content in practice. The persistent contradiction of the shared path and the contradiction of the difference of the shared goal further advance the rich connotation of the concept of "sharing of all people, overall sharing, gradual sharing and co-construction and sharing" contained in the concept of shared development.
