【摘要】：習(xí)近平中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論是以馬克思主義領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論和中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系為基礎(chǔ)理論,以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)本質(zhì)理論、"中國(guó)夢(mèng)"領(lǐng)導(dǎo)思想理論、黨群關(guān)系理論為核心理論,以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)特質(zhì)理論、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為理論、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格理論、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)效能理論、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù)理論為外圍理論的體系架構(gòu),與西方現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論相比,具有鮮明的人民性、先進(jìn)性、民族性、實(shí)踐性和藝術(shù)性。它發(fā)展了馬克思主義領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論中國(guó)化的新成果,譜寫(xiě)了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系新篇章,實(shí)現(xiàn)了德治與法治并舉的治國(guó)理政思想新飛躍,開(kāi)創(chuàng)了"中國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)"新理論,標(biāo)志著我們黨對(duì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義領(lǐng)導(dǎo)本質(zhì)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)原則和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)規(guī)律的認(rèn)識(shí)和把握達(dá)到了新的高度。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's leadership theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics is based on the Marxist leadership theory and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, taking the theory of the essence of leadership, the theory of Chinese Dream's leadership thought and the theory of the relationship between the Party and the masses as the core theories. The theory of leadership trait, the theory of leadership behavior, the theory of leadership style, the theory of leadership efficacy and the theory of leadership art are the system structure of the peripheral theory. Compared with the western modern leadership theory, they have distinct characteristics of people, advanced nature and nationality. Practicality and artistry. It develops the new achievements of Marxism leadership theory in China, writes a new chapter in the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, realizes a new leap in the thought of governing the country by virtue and rule by law, and creates a new theory of "Chinese leadership". It signifies that our Party has reached a new level in understanding and grasping the essence, principles and laws of socialist leadership with Chinese characteristics.
