【摘要】：黨的十八屆五中全會明確提出創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享的發(fā)展理念,為我國"十三五"時期乃至更長時期的發(fā)展描繪出新藍圖。新發(fā)展理念是我們黨發(fā)展理念的一次創(chuàng)新升級,體現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新、要素創(chuàng)新、價值創(chuàng)新;新發(fā)展理念強調(diào)整體性,是五個方面的有機統(tǒng)一體;新發(fā)展理念是管全局、管根本、管長遠的,要求全面貫徹、長期貫徹;新發(fā)展理念是習近平總書記治國理政新思想的一個標志性理論成果,是為世界貢獻中國理念的重要標志。
[Abstract]:The fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward the idea of innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing, and drew a new blueprint for the development of our country in the 13th Five-Year Plan period and even longer period. The new development concept is an innovation and upgrade of our party's development concept, which embodies the system innovation, element innovation, value innovation; the new development concept emphasizes integrity and is an organic unity of five aspects; the new development concept is to manage the overall situation and the foundation. The new concept of development is an iconic theoretical achievement of General Secretary Xi Jinping's new thoughts on running a country and politics, and is an important symbol of China's contribution to the world.
