【摘要】："完善和發(fā)展"是改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度建設(shè)的基本邏輯理路。黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)將完善和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度,推進(jìn)國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化作為全面深化改革總目標(biāo),標(biāo)志著我國(guó)進(jìn)入以制度建設(shè)為核心的全面深化改革新階段。習(xí)近平同志圍繞完善和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度這個(gè)"帶有根本性、全局性、穩(wěn)定性和長(zhǎng)期性"的時(shí)代課題,從"為什么要完善和發(fā)展、從哪些方面完善和發(fā)展、怎樣完善和發(fā)展"三個(gè)維度為新時(shí)期中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度建設(shè)提供了新的價(jià)值論、認(rèn)識(shí)論和方法論引領(lǐng),其理論創(chuàng)新成果進(jìn)一步豐富發(fā)展了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系。
[Abstract]:Perfection and development "is the basic logic of socialist system construction with Chinese characteristics since reform and opening up." At the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the overall goal of comprehensively deepening the reform is to improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capability. Symbolize our country enters the new stage of comprehensive deepening reform with system construction as the core. Comrade Xi Jinping revolved around the task of perfecting and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, which is "fundamental, overall, stable and long-term", from the point of view of "Why should we improve and develop, and from what aspects should we perfect and develop?" How to perfect and develop the "three dimensions" provides a new theory of value, epistemology and methodology for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new period, and its theoretical innovation results further enrich and develop the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
