【摘要】：為讓人民群眾在社會(huì)主義建設(shè)和發(fā)展過程中感受到實(shí)惠和切身利益,應(yīng)該以開放和主動(dòng)的心態(tài)"與民共謀","與民共建","與民共享",吸收民間智慧和力量,尊重和保障人民的權(quán)利,體現(xiàn)人民切身利益的需要。
[Abstract]:In order to let the people feel the material benefits and vital interests in the process of socialist construction and development, we should "conspire with the people", "build with the people" and "share with the people" with an open and active attitude, absorb the wisdom and strength of the people, respect and safeguard the rights of the people, and reflect the needs of the people's vital interests.
