【摘要】：中國人口老齡化步伐的加快,伴隨而來的是家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的小型化、獨(dú)居化,加之我國老齡化是在社會發(fā)展滯后于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,社會保障體系有待完善的條件下形成,老年問題的解決比任何一個(gè)時(shí)代都顯得緊迫和重要。養(yǎng)老問題本質(zhì)是老年群體需求的滿足問題,而獨(dú)居老人是老年群體中的弱勢群體,可以說是“弱中之弱”,獨(dú)居老人面臨著從生理到心理,從低層到高層的多元化、多層次需求。因此,為獨(dú)居老人提供養(yǎng)老服務(wù)正是時(shí)代提出的要求,是獨(dú)居老人的真正需要,也是社會工作介入老年服務(wù)推廣運(yùn)用的起點(diǎn)。本項(xiàng)目在借鑒國內(nèi)外獨(dú)居老人社會工作服務(wù)的相關(guān)方法與典型案例基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試對長春市南湖街道湖東社區(qū)獨(dú)居老人進(jìn)行社會工作服務(wù)。項(xiàng)目前期,筆者對長春市南湖街道湖東社區(qū)獨(dú)居老人做調(diào)研,歸納與分析該社區(qū)獨(dú)居老人的特征和服務(wù)需求。并根據(jù)社區(qū)調(diào)研中發(fā)現(xiàn)的獨(dú)居老人服務(wù)需求,建立了南湖街道湖東社區(qū)獨(dú)居老人互助支持小組,設(shè)計(jì)小組活動項(xiàng)目書。項(xiàng)目中期,筆者依據(jù)項(xiàng)目書方案,帶領(lǐng)8位獨(dú)居老人組員,實(shí)施小組活動并記錄活動過程,項(xiàng)目后期,通過社工問卷調(diào)查、參與式觀察及非結(jié)構(gòu)訪談的方法對活動過程進(jìn)行了評估。項(xiàng)目完成后,對本次項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)與反思,為今后老年社會工作實(shí)務(wù)的開展積累了一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。項(xiàng)目結(jié)論認(rèn)為社會工作服務(wù)獨(dú)居老人需要從“服務(wù)導(dǎo)向型”向“需求導(dǎo)向型”轉(zhuǎn)變,針對獨(dú)居老人的特征與養(yǎng)老需求開展針對性服務(wù)。在服務(wù)水平上實(shí)現(xiàn)社會工作專業(yè)理念與社會工作方法的有機(jī)結(jié)合,促進(jìn)資源的整合與連接,提供多方位養(yǎng)老服務(wù),從而促進(jìn)老年人群體互助支持能力的提升,在人生的晚年獲得安定而充實(shí)的生活。
[Abstract]:The accelerated pace of population aging in China is accompanied by the miniaturization of the family structure and the isolation of the family structure. In addition, the aging of our country is formed under the conditions that the social development lags behind the economic growth and the social security system needs to be improved. The solution to the problem of old age is more urgent and important than any other era. The nature of the old-age problem is to meet the needs of the elderly group, while the elderly living alone is a weak group in the elderly group, which can be said to be "weak and weak". The elderly living alone are faced with the diversification from physiology to psychology, from lower level to higher level. Multi-level demand. Therefore, providing old-age service for the elderly living alone is the requirement of the times, the real need of the elderly living alone, and the starting point for social work to intervene in the promotion and application of elderly services. Based on the relevant methods and typical cases of social work service for the elderly living alone at home and abroad, this project attempts to carry out social work service for the elderly living alone in the Hudong community of Nanhu Street in Changchun City. In the early stage of the project, the author made a survey on the elderly living alone in the Hudong community on the street of Nanhu in Changchun, and summarized and analyzed the characteristics and service needs of the elderly living alone in the community. According to the demand of the community research on the elderly living alone, the mutual support group of the elderly living alone in the East District of Nanhu Street was set up, and the project book of the group was designed. In the middle of the project, according to the project plan, the author led 8 elderly people who lived alone, carried out group activities and recorded the process of the activities. Participatory observation and non-structured interviews were used to evaluate the activity process. After the completion of the project, a systematic summary and reflection of the project, for the future practice of social work for the elderly accumulated a certain amount of experience. The conclusion of the project is that the elderly living alone in social work service should change from "service-oriented" to "demand-oriented" and provide targeted services to the characteristics and needs of the elderly living alone. To realize the organic combination of social work professional concept and social work method in service level, to promote the integration and connection of resources, to provide multi-directional pension services, and thus to promote the ability of mutual support of the elderly group. A secure and fulfilling life in the later years of life.
