【摘要】：當(dāng)前巴基斯坦恐怖活動(dòng)愈發(fā)猖獗，危害不斷上升。本文主要研究巴基斯坦恐怖主義的特點(diǎn)、演進(jìn)，并重點(diǎn)就其成因和對(duì)巴基斯坦自身、地區(qū)以及中國(guó)的影響做出分析�？偟目矗突固箯目傮w較為平和世俗的穆斯林國(guó)家轉(zhuǎn)變成恐怖主義肆虐的國(guó)家，并非歷史的偶然，而是與巴建國(guó)以來(lái)實(shí)施的一系列內(nèi)外政策，以及國(guó)內(nèi)外環(huán)境的變化息息相關(guān)，根子則主要在巴基斯坦內(nèi)部。巴基斯坦恐怖主義不僅影響巴自身國(guó)家發(fā)展和地區(qū)和平穩(wěn)定，也對(duì)中國(guó)國(guó)家安全和發(fā)展利益造成直接危害。對(duì)于中國(guó)而言，，應(yīng)從維護(hù)周邊安全穩(wěn)定，構(gòu)建有利的周邊安全形勢(shì)的角度看待巴基斯坦恐怖主義問(wèn)題，并積極采取措施加以應(yīng)對(duì)，引導(dǎo)、塑造巴基斯坦及地區(qū)局勢(shì)向更有利于中國(guó)的方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, Pakistan's terrorist activities are becoming more rampant and the harm is on the rise. This paper mainly studies the characteristics and evolution of terrorism in Pakistan, and analyzes its causes and effects on Pakistan itself, the region and China. In general, Pakistan's transformation from a generally peaceful, secular Muslim country to one of rampant terrorism is not a historical accident, but a series of internal and external policies implemented since the founding of Pakistan. And changes in the domestic and foreign environment are closely linked, the root is mainly in Pakistan. Pakistan terrorism not only affects Pakistan's own national development and regional peace and stability, but also directly endangers China's national security and development interests. For China, we should look at the issue of terrorism in Pakistan from the perspective of maintaining security and stability around the region and building a favorable security situation around Pakistan, and actively take measures to deal with it and guide it. Shape the situation in Pakistan and the region to a more favorable direction for China.
