【摘要】：從19世紀(jì)40年代到19世紀(jì)末,馬克思、恩格斯總結(jié)無產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨建設(shè)和革命斗爭(zhēng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),創(chuàng)立了馬克思主義政黨學(xué)說,推動(dòng)國(guó)際共產(chǎn)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)蓬勃發(fā)展。在19世紀(jì)末和20世紀(jì)初的帝國(guó)主義和無產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命時(shí)代,列寧在同第二國(guó)際機(jī)會(huì)主義和孟什維克派的斗爭(zhēng)中,提出了新型無產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨理論,使社會(huì)主義從理論變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實(shí),也使馬克思主義政黨學(xué)說在實(shí)踐中得到檢驗(yàn)和發(fā)展。1921年中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨成立以后,在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)革命和建設(shè)的實(shí)踐中,形成了具有中國(guó)特色、中國(guó)風(fēng)格的毛澤東黨建思想,豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思列寧主義黨建理論。1978年黨的十一屆三中全會(huì)以后,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的偉大征程中,緊緊圍繞在長(zhǎng)期執(zhí)政、改革開放和發(fā)展社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,"建設(shè)一個(gè)什么樣的黨、怎樣建設(shè)黨"這個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題,進(jìn)行不懈探索和創(chuàng)新,不斷堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展著馬克思主義政黨學(xué)說。
[Abstract]:From the 1840s to the end of the 19th century, Marx and Engels summed up the experiences and lessons of the construction of proletarian political parties and the revolutionary struggle, established the Marxist party theory, and promoted the vigorous development of the international communist movement. In the late 19th century and early 20th century, in the era of imperialism and proletarian revolution, Lenin, in his struggle with the second international opportunism and Menshevik, put forward a new theory of proletarian party, which turned socialism from theory into reality. After the founding of the Communist Party of China in 1921, in the practice of leading the revolution and construction, Mao Zedong's party building thought with Chinese characteristics and style was formed. After the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee in 1978, the CPC, in the course of leading the people in the great journey of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, has been closely surrounding its long-term governance. Under the conditions of reform and opening up and the development of socialist market economy, the key question of "what kind of party to build and how to build the party" should be explored and innovated unremittingly, and the Marxist theory of political party should be constantly upheld and developed.
