【摘要】：自21世紀以來,女性參政這一議題愈演愈熱,并逐漸搬上各國政治會議的議程,在全球社會中得到越來越多的關(guān)注和重視。當前,女性參政作為一個政治性指標,是衡量一個國家的民主程度和社會進程的關(guān)鍵性依據(jù)。但是,在我國,女性參政呈現(xiàn)出起步滯后、發(fā)展不快、素質(zhì)較低的態(tài)勢,因此,我們要想為女性參政創(chuàng)造良好快速的發(fā)展氛圍,必須深入認識女性參政的特征與涵義。在現(xiàn)階段,我國女性參政在馬克思主義女性觀、毛澤東、江澤民等偉人的新型女性權(quán)利觀念的指導下,表現(xiàn)出良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢�？v觀人類文明史,女性參政的逐漸推進,實際上便是女性逐漸得到民主與權(quán)利的過程。本文針對新時期我國女性參政的狀況進行了比較詳細的闡述與分析。本論文基于馬克思主義人的解放視角,以1978年以來新階段的女性群體為立足點,充分結(jié)合社會現(xiàn)實與人類解放思想,從理論與實踐方面對女性參政加以討論。以人類發(fā)展為視角深入探析女性問題,同時聯(lián)系我國社會實際,對女性參政的運行機理與實踐路徑實現(xiàn)了豐富的內(nèi)容補充。隨著國內(nèi)女性參政人數(shù)的不斷增加,涉及領(lǐng)域的不斷拓展,整體結(jié)構(gòu)的趨于健全,無一不見證者我國女性參政所獲得的長足進步與不俗成就。然而,在這積極的一面背后還有許多潛在的弊病和缺陷,對女性參政的深入發(fā)展造成極大阻礙。比如政治體制過于干涉、改善進程速度不快、參政比例依舊失調(diào)、涉及層面較為狹窄等。這些問題和不足的呈現(xiàn),一方面源自于經(jīng)濟發(fā)展程度不高,公共機制不甚健全等,另一方面也應當從女性自身尋找原因。在本文中,筆者深入闡述了國內(nèi)女性參政呈現(xiàn)的問題與弊病,積累了解決各類問題和狀況的豐富素材,同時也能夠推動我國女性參政發(fā)展水平獲得整體性提升。同時,筆者還對女性參政的優(yōu)勢與策略進行了重點探析,提出女性優(yōu)勢伴隨時代進步、政治體制的改善逐漸得到凸顯。女性參政既能夠增強女性的政治意識,也能夠?qū)Ω刹筷犖榈男詣e構(gòu)成加以優(yōu)化,同時,還能夠推動男女平等觀念的深入人心,有助于和諧社會的進一步建設。退而言之,女性參政的發(fā)展依然處于萌芽期,要保障女性權(quán)益的充分實現(xiàn)還需依賴于法律規(guī)范的日益健全,依賴于政府、社會機構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)支持,而對于女性而言,不斷提升自身能力素養(yǎng)也是推動女性參政順利發(fā)展不可或缺的助力。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the topic of women's political participation has become more and more popular, and gradually moved into the agenda of the political conferences of various countries, which has received more and more attention and attention in the global society. At present, as a political index, women's political participation is the key to measure a country's democratic degree and social process. However, in our country, women's participation in politics is lagging behind, developing slowly and with low quality. Therefore, if we want to create a good and rapid development atmosphere for women's participation in politics, we must deeply understand the characteristics and meaning of women's participation in politics. At the present stage, under the guidance of Marxist view of women, Mao Zedong, Jiang Zemin and other great men's new concept of women's rights, Chinese women's political participation shows a good development trend. Throughout the history of human civilization, the gradual advancement of women's participation in politics is actually the process of women gradually gaining democracy and rights. This article has carried on the detailed elaboration and the analysis to our country female participation in politics condition in the new period. This paper is based on the Marxist perspective of human liberation, taking the new stage of female groups since 1978 as the foothold, fully combining the social reality and human emancipation of the mind, and discussing the participation of women in politics from the aspects of theory and practice. From the perspective of human development, this paper makes a thorough analysis of women's problems, and at the same time makes a rich supplement to the running mechanism and practical path of women's participation in politics in the light of the social reality of our country. With the increasing number of female political participation in China, the continuous expansion of the field involved, the overall structure tends to be sound, all of us can see the great progress and achievements of the female political participation in our country. However, there are many potential disadvantages and defects behind the positive side, which greatly hinder the further development of women's political participation. For example, the political system is too interventionist, the process of improvement is not fast, the proportion of political participation is still out of balance, and the level of involvement is narrow. On the one hand, these problems and deficiencies arise from the low level of economic development, the public mechanism is not perfect, on the other hand, we should look for the reasons from women themselves. In this paper, the author deeply expounds the problems and drawbacks of women's participation in politics in China, accumulates rich materials to solve all kinds of problems and conditions, and at the same time, it can promote the development level of women's political participation in our country to get a holistic promotion. At the same time, the author also focuses on the advantages and strategies of women's participation in politics, and points out that women's advantage is accompanied by the progress of the times, and the improvement of the political system is gradually highlighted. The participation of women in politics can not only enhance the political consciousness of women, but also optimize the gender composition of cadres. At the same time, it can promote the concept of equality between men and women deeply into the hearts of the people and contribute to the further construction of a harmonious society. In conclusion, the development of women's participation in politics is still in its infancy. In order to guarantee the full realization of women's rights and interests, we need to rely on the increasingly sound legal norms, the coordinated support of the government and social institutions, and for women, Continuous improvement of their own ability and literacy is also an indispensable help to promote the smooth development of women's participation in politics.
