【摘要】：本文對(duì)綠色發(fā)展觀與科學(xué)發(fā)展觀進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的比較研究,包括四個(gè)部分:第一部分對(duì)綠色發(fā)展觀與科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行比較研究。科學(xué)發(fā)展觀和綠色發(fā)展觀具有共同的理論基礎(chǔ),如果更加細(xì)致的比較,我們可以說綠色發(fā)展觀在理論基礎(chǔ)和思想來源上有自己的側(cè)重點(diǎn)。第二部分對(duì)綠色發(fā)展觀與科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行比較研究,兩者具有共同的價(jià)值取向、價(jià)值目標(biāo)與理論視域,但是兩者具有不同的基本要求、方法與具體內(nèi)容。第三部分對(duì)綠色發(fā)展觀與科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的時(shí)代背景進(jìn)行比較研究。兩者在時(shí)代背景方面既有相同的地方也有不同的地方。第四部分對(duì)綠色發(fā)展觀與科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的理論貢獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行比較,兩者具有共同的理論貢獻(xiàn),同時(shí)也有各自的理論創(chuàng)新。通過比較,可以得出綠色發(fā)展觀重點(diǎn)關(guān)注人與自然之間的關(guān)系,其價(jià)值訴求是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境之間的和諧共生,通過綠色生產(chǎn)、綠色資產(chǎn)、綠色消費(fèi)、綠色生活等綠色化運(yùn)動(dòng),最終達(dá)到人與自然之間的和諧共生。綠色發(fā)展觀是對(duì)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的深化和發(fā)展,在理論上是一脈相承的。綠色發(fā)展觀的核心內(nèi)容是將可持續(xù)發(fā)展深化與具體化,豐富與發(fā)展了中國特色社會(huì)主義的發(fā)展觀。對(duì)綠色發(fā)展觀與科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的比較研究,具有重要的意義,能夠進(jìn)一步了解中國特色社會(huì)主義發(fā)展理論的演進(jìn)過程,有助于我們更加準(zhǔn)確的把握發(fā)展的規(guī)律,更好的推進(jìn)改革開放和社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic comparative study of the concept of green development and the concept of scientific development, including four parts: the first part is a comparative study of the theoretical basis of the concept of green development and the concept of scientific development. The scientific concept of development and the concept of green development have the same theoretical basis. If we compare them more carefully, we can say that the concept of green development has its own emphasis on the theoretical basis and ideological source. The second part makes a comparative study on the connotation of the concept of green development and the concept of scientific development. They have the same value orientation, value goal and theoretical horizon, but they have different basic requirements, methods and concrete contents. The third part makes a comparative study on the background of the green development concept and the scientific development view. Both have the same and different places in the context of the times. The fourth part compares the theoretical contribution of the green development concept and the scientific development view, both of which have the same theoretical contribution, but also have their own theoretical innovation. Through comparison, we can draw the conclusion that the green development view focuses on the relationship between man and nature, and its value demand is the harmonious symbiosis between economic development and ecological environment, through green production, green assets, green consumption, Green life and other green movement, eventually to achieve a harmonious symbiosis between man and nature. The concept of green development is the deepening and development of the scientific development concept, which is inherited in theory. The core content of the green development view is to deepen and concretize the sustainable development and enrich and develop the development view of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The comparative study of the green development concept and the scientific development view is of great significance, which can further understand the evolution process of the development theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and help us to grasp the law of development more accurately. We will better push forward the process of reform, opening up and socialist modernization.
