【摘要】：醫(yī)養(yǎng)融合型機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)是在養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)或在醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的新型機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)方式,它有助于拓寬養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的路徑,為老年人提供更好的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)。目前,我國(guó)的醫(yī)養(yǎng)融合型機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)存在政府多頭管理、服務(wù)對(duì)象界定不清、醫(yī)療服務(wù)水平有待提高、護(hù)理人員綜合素質(zhì)不高等問(wèn)題,應(yīng)采取整合多方資源、設(shè)立專門的老年工作管理機(jī)構(gòu)、建立和完善相關(guān)規(guī)章制度、建立長(zhǎng)期醫(yī)護(hù)保險(xiǎn)制度、培養(yǎng)老年醫(yī)療護(hù)理人才等多種措施,加快推進(jìn)醫(yī)養(yǎng)融合型機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The medical and nursing institution old-age service is a new type of old-age care service which is set up in the old-age institution or in the medical institution. It is helpful to widen the path of the old-age service and to provide better old-age service for the elderly. At present, there are many problems in the old-age service of medical and nursing institutions in our country, such as government multi-head management, unclear definition of service object, improvement of medical service level, low comprehensive quality of nursing personnel, etc., so we should integrate all kinds of resources. In order to speed up the development of old-age service in medical and nursing institutions, we should set up special management institutions for the elderly, establish and perfect relevant rules and regulations, establish long-term medical insurance system, train geriatric medical and nursing talents, and so on.
