【摘要】：澳大利亞在中美之間推行平衡外交策略,欲達到三個目標(biāo):一是重構(gòu)澳美同盟,提升自身政治話語權(quán);二是化解雙重憂慮,保障本國的經(jīng)濟利益;三是發(fā)揮戰(zhàn)略主動性,提升本國的國際地位。達爾文港的租借問題集中反映了澳大利亞的策略意圖。澳大利亞的國家實力、地緣優(yōu)勢和國際環(huán)境等因素,為其推行平衡外交策略提供了有利條件,但中美兩大國的關(guān)系走向和亞太地區(qū)的格局演變也直接影響其平衡外交的效果。此外,澳大利亞還要面對國內(nèi)輿論壓力。在中國周邊國家中,澳大利亞的地位和影響既典型又特殊,洞察其外交策略和利益取向,對中國走出周邊困局具有重要參考價值。
[Abstract]:In pursuing a balanced diplomatic strategy between China and the United States, Australia aims to achieve three goals: first, to restructure the Australia-US alliance to enhance its political discourse; second, to defuse double worries and safeguard its economic interests; and third, to give full play to its strategic initiative. Raise the country's international standing. The issue of Darwinian leasing reflects Australia's strategic intent. Australia's national strength, geographical advantage and international environment provide favorable conditions for it to carry out the balanced diplomacy strategy, but the trend of the relations between China and the United States and the evolution of the pattern of the Asia-Pacific region also directly affect the effect of its balanced diplomacy. In addition, Australia has to face domestic pressure of public opinion. In China's neighboring countries, Australia's status and influence are both typical and special. It is of great reference value for China to find out its diplomatic strategy and interest orientation.
