【摘要】：近年來(lái),印度社會(huì)針對(duì)婦女的強(qiáng)奸侵害事件頻繁發(fā)生,并陸續(xù)受到社會(huì)的重視和關(guān)注。特別是自2012年印度德里公交集體強(qiáng)奸案公之于世后,有關(guān)印度社會(huì)針對(duì)婦女的強(qiáng)奸問題成為學(xué)者們關(guān)注與研究的重要領(lǐng)域,在印度社會(huì)乃至整個(gè)世界迅速得以展開。由于印度社會(huì)長(zhǎng)期的強(qiáng)奸盲視和犯罪寬容,當(dāng)代印度婦女遭受強(qiáng)奸侵害問題,歷經(jīng)馬圖拉強(qiáng)奸案、后馬圖拉時(shí)代、達(dá)米尼強(qiáng)奸案與后達(dá)米尼時(shí)代四個(gè)主要階段,已經(jīng)形成了一種男權(quán)制度制約下頑固的強(qiáng)奸文化,并演變?yōu)橐粋�(gè)重大的政治問題,陷入案發(fā)率高居不下的困局狀態(tài)。未來(lái)如何繼續(xù)應(yīng)對(duì)和處理這些問題,建立一個(gè)對(duì)婦女公平公正的社會(huì),印度政府任重而道遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, rape and assault against women have occurred frequently in Indian society, and have been paid more and more attention by the society. Especially since the mass rape case in Delhi became public in 2012, rape against women in Indian society has become an important area of concern and research, and has been rapidly launched in Indian society and even the whole world. As a result of the long period of blind view of rape and tolerance of crime in Indian society, contemporary Indian women have been subjected to rape, which has gone through four main stages: the Mathura rape case, the post-Mathura era, the Damiini rape case and the post-Damien era. Has formed a patriarchal system under the constraints of stubborn rape culture, and evolved into a major political problem, into the high incidence of the plight of the state. How to continue to deal with these problems and build a fair and just society for women in the future, the Indian government has a long way to go.
