【摘要】：正近年來,中非關(guān)系深入發(fā)展,貿(mào)易、投資規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大使中國對(duì)非關(guān)系硬實(shí)力得到顯著提升,但中國依然缺乏將硬實(shí)力轉(zhuǎn)化為軟實(shí)力、巧實(shí)力的工具。中國在非洲廣大群眾當(dāng)中依然缺乏公眾吸引力。鑒于中非之間的文化差異,中非關(guān)系應(yīng)當(dāng)在官方的政府間平臺(tái)以外開辟空間,以努力在雙邊關(guān)系中推進(jìn)建設(shè)軟實(shí)力和公共外交。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of Sino-African relations and the expansion of trade and investment scale have greatly enhanced the hard power of China's relationship with Africa, but China still lacks the tools to convert hard power into soft power and skillful power. China still lacks public appeal among the masses in Africa. Given the cultural differences between China and Africa, China-Africa relations should open up space beyond the official intergovernmental platform in an effort to build soft power and public diplomacy in bilateral relations.
