【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)后中日關(guān)系中臺(tái)灣問(wèn)題日益復(fù)雜化,日臺(tái)關(guān)系有發(fā)生實(shí)質(zhì)性提升的趨向。中國(guó)對(duì)日方屢屢允許臺(tái)灣政要訪日進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)正交涉。從中日關(guān)系大局出發(fā),江澤民主席訪日時(shí)發(fā)表的《中日聯(lián)合宣言》,強(qiáng)調(diào)了中方關(guān)于臺(tái)灣問(wèn)題的原則立場(chǎng),日方"重申中國(guó)只有一個(gè)"。福田康夫首相訪華時(shí)亦發(fā)表對(duì)臺(tái)"四不"承諾。但日本民主黨執(zhí)政時(shí)期中日關(guān)系中的臺(tái)灣問(wèn)題并無(wú)改觀,尤其是自民黨再次執(zhí)政后更利用臺(tái)灣島內(nèi)變局,加大日臺(tái)間關(guān)系實(shí)質(zhì)性提升力度,使得中日關(guān)系呈現(xiàn)出更為敏感的脆弱性和復(fù)雜性特點(diǎn)。日本親臺(tái)勢(shì)力始終企圖改變?nèi)毡菊趶?fù)交以來(lái)關(guān)于‘一個(gè)中國(guó)’的協(xié)議、承諾,且仍在不斷擴(kuò)大事態(tài)。為了盡量減少臺(tái)灣問(wèn)題對(duì)中日關(guān)系造成的消極影響,中國(guó)政府依據(jù)中日雙邊政治文件不斷告誡日方。日臺(tái)關(guān)系的不斷提升,正嚴(yán)重侵蝕和破壞著中日關(guān)系健康發(fā)展的政治基礎(chǔ),必須予以嚴(yán)重關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:After the Cold War, the Taiwan issue in Sino-Japanese relations is becoming more and more complicated. China has repeatedly allowed Taiwan dignitaries to visit Japan for Yan Zheng negotiations. Proceeding from the overall situation of China-Japan relations, the "Sino-Japanese Joint Declaration" issued by Chairman Jiang Zemin during his visit to Japan stressed China's principled stand on the Taiwan issue, and the Japanese side "reiterated that there is only one China." Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda also made a "four no" commitment to Taiwan during his visit to China. However, the Taiwan issue in Sino-Japanese relations during the ruling period of the Democratic Party of Japan has not changed. In particular, the Liberal Democratic Party has made use of the changes on Taiwan Island after taking power again to increase the substantive upgrading of Japan-Taiwan relations. The relationship between China and Japan presents more sensitive characteristics of fragility and complexity. Japan's pro-Taiwan forces have been trying to change the Japanese government's agreement on 'one China' since resuming diplomatic ties, promising and still expanding the situation. In order to minimize the negative impact of the Taiwan issue on Sino-Japanese relations, the Chinese government has repeatedly warned Japan on the basis of bilateral political documents between China and Japan. The continuous improvement of Japan-Taiwan relations is seriously eroding and destroying the political foundation for the healthy development of Sino-Japanese relations.
