【摘要】：社會主義的概念最早是以一種價(jià)值觀、理想信念被提出來的。從政治制度層面上看,公平正義是中國特色社會主義制度的首要價(jià)值。"公正"被凝練為社會主義核心價(jià)值觀十二詞之一,標(biāo)志著中國共產(chǎn)黨人對"公平正義"新的理論闡釋高度。公平正義也是建設(shè)社會主義法治社會的基本前提。為此,必須正確把握社會主義公平正義的價(jià)值定位,必須深刻理解公平正義在社會主義核心價(jià)值觀中的地位和作用,必須充分重視并切實(shí)解決當(dāng)下社會的公平正義問題。
[Abstract]:The concept of socialism was first put forward as a concept of values, ideals and beliefs. From the political system level, fairness and justice is the primary value of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. " Justice "is condensed as one of the twelve words of socialist core values, which marks the new theoretical interpretation of" fairness and justice "by the Chinese Communists. Fairness and justice are also the basic premise of building a socialist society ruled by law. Therefore, we must correctly grasp the value orientation of socialist fairness and justice, deeply understand the position and role of fairness and justice in the socialist core values, and pay full attention to and effectively solve the problem of fairness and justice in the next society.
