【摘要】：城市邊緣社區(qū)安全居民滿意度是城市邊緣社區(qū)居民對其居住生活社區(qū)安全程度的主觀感受，是居民所生活的實際環(huán)境與其心理預期進行比較的量化。為了測量是哪些關(guān)鍵因素影響著城市邊緣社區(qū)安全居民滿意度，本文大量對比和梳理了社區(qū)理論、安全理論和滿意度等相關(guān)理論，并將C市作為范例，進行實證研究，從中設(shè)法找出城市邊緣社區(qū)安全居民滿意度與其影響因素之間的關(guān)聯(lián)處，進而討論各因素對城市邊緣社區(qū)安全滿意度的影響程度，并且本文又進一步分析了城市邊緣社區(qū)安全居民滿意度與其結(jié)果變量即居民信任的影響。最終以現(xiàn)有理論和本文得出的實證分析數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)，對提高城市邊緣社區(qū)安全居民滿意度的方法和路徑給出一些思路。 本文使用了社會學常用的新版統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS19.0為統(tǒng)計工具。通過理論研究、模型探討、數(shù)據(jù)收集、實證研究得出影響滿意度的個體特征和要素。以國內(nèi)外經(jīng)典公眾滿意度評價模型理論為基礎(chǔ)，建立了城市邊緣社區(qū)安全居民滿意度指數(shù)模型，并提出了以該模型為基礎(chǔ)的六條影響居民安全滿意度的假設(shè)，在此基礎(chǔ)上進而設(shè)計出城市邊緣社區(qū)安全居民滿意度調(diào)查問卷。在進行問卷前側(cè)過程中，并未發(fā)現(xiàn)影響研究的題目，故而可以確定最終的調(diào)查問卷。本文的實證調(diào)查中，在C市的五個典型城市邊緣社區(qū)總計發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷400份，其中有效收回371份。隨后用統(tǒng)計工具軟件SPSS對數(shù)據(jù)進行分析整理。在分析中，本文得出調(diào)查對象C市邊緣社區(qū)居民對所居住社區(qū)安全滿意度狀況及其影響因素，以及城市邊緣社區(qū)安全居民滿意度對居民信任的影響。在對各因子進行的相關(guān)性分析及回歸性分析中，本文可得知社區(qū)安全服務質(zhì)量、居民參與、邊緣社區(qū)安全服務構(gòu)成、感知價值都與城市邊緣社區(qū)安全居民滿意度有正向關(guān)系，居民期望對滿意度有反向關(guān)系，同時城市邊緣社區(qū)安全居民滿意度對居民信任產(chǎn)生積極影響。因此，本研究對所提出的六項假設(shè)分別驗證的結(jié)果均是假設(shè)成立。進而對本文的研究結(jié)論進行總結(jié)，得出了城市邊緣社區(qū)居民安全滿意度大致情況，根據(jù)實際情況和結(jié)論，，可以提出提升滿意度的有效方法。本文的研究成果可能會有利于探索社區(qū)安全理論研究，促進社區(qū)安全評價指標體系的發(fā)展和完善，使之能更加完整全面的評價社區(qū)安全問題。
[Abstract]:The satisfaction degree of the urban fringe community safety residents is the subjective feeling of the urban fringe community residents' safety degree of their living community, and the quantification of the residents' actual living environment and their psychological expectation. In order to measure which key factors affect the satisfaction degree of residents in urban fringe community safety, this paper compares and combs the community theory, safety theory and satisfaction degree theory, and takes C city as an example to carry out empirical research. In this paper, we try to find out the relationship between the satisfaction degree of the safe residents in the urban fringe community and its influencing factors, and then discuss the influence degree of the various factors on the satisfaction degree of the community safety in the edge of the city. Moreover, this paper further analyzes the influence of the satisfaction degree and the result variable of the residents' trust on the community safety in the edge of the city. Finally, based on the existing theory and the empirical analysis data obtained in this paper, some ideas on how to improve the satisfaction degree of the safe residents on the edge of the city are given. This paper uses SPSS 19.0, a new statistical software commonly used in sociology, as a statistical tool. Through theoretical research, model discussion, data collection and empirical research, the individual characteristics and factors affecting satisfaction are obtained. Based on the classical public satisfaction evaluation model at home and abroad, this paper establishes the index model of the residents' satisfaction degree of community safety in urban fringe, and puts forward six hypotheses based on this model that affect the safety satisfaction of residents. On the basis of this, a questionnaire on the satisfaction of residents in urban fringe community safety was designed. In the process of carrying out the questionnaire, no question of influence study was found, so the final questionnaire can be determined. In the empirical survey, 400 questionnaires were distributed in five typical urban fringe communities in C city, among which 371 were effectively recovered. Then the statistical tool software SPSS is used to analyze the data. In the analysis, the author draws the conclusion that the satisfaction degree of the residents in the bordering communities of C city and its influencing factors, as well as the influence of the satisfaction degree of the residents on the trust of the residents in the urban fringe communities. In the correlation analysis and regression analysis of various factors, this paper can find out that the quality of community safety service, residents' participation, the composition of the security service of marginal community, the perceived value have positive relationship with the satisfaction degree of the residents' safety in the urban fringe community. There is a negative relationship between residents' expectation and satisfaction, and the satisfaction degree of residents' safety in urban fringe community has a positive effect on residents' trust. Therefore, the results of the six hypotheses proposed in this study are all valid. Then the conclusion of this paper is summarized, and the general situation of the satisfaction degree of residents' safety in urban fringe communities is obtained. According to the actual situation and conclusion, the effective method to improve the satisfaction degree can be put forward. The research results of this paper may be helpful to explore the theoretical research of community safety, promote the development and improvement of community safety evaluation index system, and make it more complete and comprehensive to evaluate community safety problems.
