【摘要】：2016年,國際關(guān)系發(fā)展中有幾個突出問題應(yīng)予以重視。以英國脫歐與特朗普當(dāng)選美國總統(tǒng)為標(biāo)志的民粹主義的抬頭,給世界未來的發(fā)展帶來不確定性,將對世界政治生態(tài)產(chǎn)生重大影響。大國關(guān)系依然在競爭與合作的框架下運行,但大國競爭趨于激烈,大國關(guān)系的走向與前景充滿了不確定性。威脅國際安全的熱點問題的演變出現(xiàn)分化,一些問題趨于緩和并得到控制;一些問題雖出現(xiàn)改善的勢頭但改善前景尚難預(yù)料;一些困擾國際社會多年的安全問題依然如故甚至進一步惡化,對國際安全構(gòu)成嚴峻威脅。
[Abstract]:In 2016, there are several outstanding problems in the development of international relations that should be taken seriously. The rise of populism, marked by Brexit and Trump's election as president of the United States, has brought uncertainty to the future of the world and will have a major impact on the world's political ecology. The relations between big powers still operate under the framework of competition and cooperation, but the competition among great powers tends to be fierce, and the direction and prospect of the relations of great powers are full of uncertainty. The evolution of hot issues threatening international security has been divided, some problems have tended to be eased and brought under control, some problems have shown a momentum of improvement, but the prospects for improvement are still difficult to predict; Some of the security problems that have plagued the international community for many years remain the same and even deteriorate further, posing a serious threat to international security.
