【摘要】：自中華人民共和國(guó)成立以來(lái),美國(guó)決策層一直在評(píng)估和分析中國(guó)的力量和影響力,思考中國(guó)給美國(guó)的亞洲政策帶來(lái)何種挑戰(zhàn)。到20世紀(jì)60年代,美國(guó)決策層開(kāi)始重視中國(guó)的"未來(lái)潮流"話語(yǔ),不僅將其看作意識(shí)形態(tài)宣傳,而且擔(dān)心中國(guó)創(chuàng)造的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式會(huì)對(duì)亞洲國(guó)家產(chǎn)生吸引力。"未來(lái)潮流"之爭(zhēng)事實(shí)上隱含著美國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)影響力和現(xiàn)代示范能力的擔(dān)憂,美國(guó)決策層將其與美國(guó)的威信和信譽(yù),乃至美國(guó)在亞洲的地位聯(lián)系起來(lái),最終強(qiáng)化了越戰(zhàn)升級(jí)政策。從"未來(lái)潮流"之爭(zhēng)的視角來(lái)解讀,這一時(shí)期美國(guó)東南亞政策的緣起和結(jié)果評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)當(dāng)有所修正。美國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)的認(rèn)知局限和思維定式,左右了當(dāng)時(shí)也影響著今天的美國(guó)對(duì)華政策。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, U.S. policy makers have been assessing and analyzing China's power and influence and pondering what challenges China poses to U.S. policy in Asia. By the 1960s, American policy makers began to pay attention to China's "future trend" discourse, not only as an ideological propaganda, but also as a concern that China's political and economic development model would appeal to Asian countries. " The "future trend" debate actually implies the United States' concern about China's traditional influence and its modern exemplary capability, which American policy makers associate with the prestige and credibility of the United States, and even with the United States' position in Asia. Finally strengthened the Vietnam War escalation policy. From the point of view of the future trend, the origin and result evaluation of American Southeast Asia policy in this period should be revised. America's cognitive limitations and thinking patterns influenced American policy toward China today.
