【摘要】：生態(tài)文明建設是貫穿于"兩個一百年"的重大任務。第一個百年目標,即全面建成小康社會意味著要全面建成生態(tài)小康社會,第二個百年目標是將我國建成富強民主文明和諧美麗的社會主義現(xiàn)代化強國,必然包括人與自然和諧共生的現(xiàn)代化的內容,突出走進社會主義生態(tài)文明新時代,即邁進生態(tài)文明社會的重大價值。全面建成生態(tài)小康社會和生態(tài)文明社會是中國社會整體文明進步的偉大壯舉,是中國共產(chǎn)黨堅持以人民為中心發(fā)展思想這一價值訴求的實踐兌現(xiàn),是中國以綠色發(fā)展推進人與自然和諧共生的現(xiàn)代化書寫的恢宏華章,是建成美麗中國的宏偉事業(yè),是中國將為全球生態(tài)文明建設所作出的突出貢獻和重大示范,無論是在中華民族的生態(tài)文明發(fā)展史上還是在人類生態(tài)文明發(fā)展史上都具有極其重大的價值。生態(tài)小康社會和生態(tài)文明社會從期望值變?yōu)閷崿F(xiàn)值,必定是一個機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的過程,要通過生態(tài)文明建設的理念創(chuàng)新、生態(tài)文明體制機制創(chuàng)新、牢固樹立社會主義生態(tài)文明觀和加強生態(tài)文化建設以及生態(tài)技術選擇等多種路徑循序漸進地推進。
