【摘要】：伴隨著社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型、經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)軌,人們的養(yǎng)老觀不同程度地發(fā)生了變化,人們對(duì)于如何養(yǎng)老,怎樣養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了不斷拷問(wèn),究其實(shí)質(zhì)是對(duì)人生意義的思考,在文化價(jià)值的層面上,對(duì)人生價(jià)值和生命意義的回答。養(yǎng)老觀概括起來(lái)就是特定的歷史時(shí)期,人們?cè)谟^念層面對(duì)如何養(yǎng)老的觀念和看法,從國(guó)家、家庭、個(gè)人三個(gè)層次上做出相關(guān)的理解和回答。養(yǎng)老觀發(fā)生了三個(gè)階段的變化,以家庭養(yǎng)老為主被動(dòng)的養(yǎng)老觀,自我養(yǎng)老意識(shí)萌生,主動(dòng)應(yīng)對(duì)養(yǎng)老。通過(guò)養(yǎng)老觀更新過(guò)程的梳理,不僅反映出中國(guó)社會(huì)文明程度的提高,也反映出養(yǎng)老觀認(rèn)識(shí)的提升,同時(shí)也使老年人有了對(duì)理想養(yǎng)老追求。分析養(yǎng)老觀更新中存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行原因剖析,從而提出當(dāng)下養(yǎng)老觀更新的對(duì)策分析,國(guó)家采取積極老齡化政策,家庭營(yíng)造尊老愛(ài)老的環(huán)境,老人提高自身養(yǎng)老能力。論文第一部分闡述了新時(shí)期養(yǎng)老觀更新提出的社會(huì)背景,概括總結(jié)養(yǎng)老觀的含義和特征。論文第二部分通過(guò)新時(shí)期三個(gè)階段的變化來(lái)闡述養(yǎng)老觀更新過(guò)程,揭示養(yǎng)老觀更新過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,并通過(guò)問(wèn)題剖析深層的原因。論文第三部分從國(guó)家、家庭、老人自身三個(gè)方面,提出當(dāng)下養(yǎng)老觀更新的對(duì)策分析。
[Abstract]:With the social transformation and economic transition, people's concept of the aged has changed to different degrees. People have been asking about how to support the aged and how to provide for the aged. The essence of it is to think about the significance of life, and on the level of cultural value. An answer to the value and meaning of life. To sum up the concept of the aged is a specific historical period, people in the concept level of how to support the elderly concept and view, from the national, family, personal three levels to make the relevant understanding and answer. There are three stages of changes in the concept of old-age support, the passive concept of family old-age support, the emergence of self-endowment consciousness, and the active response to the old-age care. Through the review of the process of the renewal of the concept of the aged, it not only reflects the improvement of the Chinese social civilization, but also reflects the improvement of the cognition of the concept of the aged, at the same time, it also makes the elderly have the pursuit of the ideal old-age care. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the renewal of the concept of the aged, and analyzes the reasons for the renewal of the concept of the aged, and puts forward the countermeasures for the renewal of the concept of the aged at present. The first part of the paper expounds the social background of the renewal of the concept of the aged in the new period, and summarizes the meaning and characteristics of the concept of the aged. In the second part, through the changes of three stages in the new period, the paper expounds the process of the renewal of the concept of the aged, reveals the problems existing in the process of the renewal of the concept of the aged, and analyzes the deep reasons through the problems. The third part of the paper from the country, family, the elderly themselves three aspects, put forward the current concept of the aged updated countermeasures.
