【摘要】：中國(guó)人口老齡化的速度和程度均為世界之最,亟待將老年友好型社會(huì)建設(shè)納入全面建成小康社會(huì)發(fā)展目標(biāo),并進(jìn)入政府工作的績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)。要將老年貧困降到最低限度,老人消費(fèi)了經(jīng)濟(jì)才有活力,老人樂(lè)則社會(huì)安。
[Abstract]:The speed and degree of population aging in China is the highest in the world. It is urgent to bring the construction of the aged and friendly society into the development goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and to enter the performance evaluation index of the government work. To reduce old age poverty to a minimum, the elderly consume economic vitality, elderly happiness is social security.
