【摘要】：全球發(fā)展治理已成為中國與聯(lián)合國合作的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。在國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、相關(guān)部委、企業(yè)及社會(huì)組織等三個(gè)層次,中國與聯(lián)合國的合作呈現(xiàn)出不同于以往的新態(tài)勢(shì)和鮮明的時(shí)代特征。中國與聯(lián)合國合作深化拓展的根本動(dòng)因,在于雙方之間核心目標(biāo)的一致性,以及關(guān)鍵能力的互補(bǔ)性。這種一致與互補(bǔ)同時(shí)體現(xiàn)在規(guī)范與實(shí)踐層面,成為合作的堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。未來一段時(shí)間,在政府及非政府部門層次,均存在提升雙方合作績效的著力點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Global development governance has become a key area of cooperation between China and the United Nations. At the three levels of national leaders, relevant ministries, enterprises and social organizations, the cooperation between China and the United Nations is different from the past in a new situation and distinctive characteristics of the times. The fundamental motivation for China's cooperation with the United Nations to deepen its expansion lies in the consistency of core objectives between the two sides and the complementarity of key capabilities. This kind of consistency and complementation are embodied in both norms and practice, and become the solid foundation of cooperation. In the future, there will be some key points to improve the performance of cooperation between the government and the non-government sector.
