【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,中國政府將周邊外交放到與大國外交同等重要的位置,中國外交由此前的"一個重心"變成"兩個重心"。戰(zhàn)略重心重塑的主要動力在于周邊外交在中國整體外交中的重要性顯著提升。毛澤東時期周邊外交的目的在于維護(hù)國家生存,鄧小平時期周邊外交主要是為實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)I造穩(wěn)定環(huán)境,十八大以來中國周邊外交的目的則是實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興。為了推進(jìn)中國新時期周邊外交,十八大以來,中國政府相繼推出"一帶一路"、六大經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊、亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資銀行等倡議或具體政策,并且更加積極地介入周邊外交事務(wù),在處理手段上"軟的更軟、硬的更硬"。展望未來,中國的周邊外交策略應(yīng)保持戰(zhàn)略定力、循序漸進(jìn)、樹立底線原則,爭取早日有所收獲。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the Chinese government has put its peripheral diplomacy as important as that of big powers, which has changed from "one center of gravity" to "two centers of gravity." The main motive force of remolding the strategic center of gravity lies in the importance of peripheral diplomacy in China's overall diplomacy. The purpose of peripheral diplomacy in the period of Mao Zedong is to maintain the survival of the country, the peripheral diplomacy during the Deng Xiaoping period is mainly to create a stable environment for the realization of economic development, and the purpose of China's peripheral diplomacy since the 18th CPC National Congress is to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In order to promote China's peripheral diplomacy in the new era, since the 18th National Congress, the Chinese government has successively launched initiatives or specific policies such as "Belt and Road", six major economic corridors, and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, and has been more actively involved in peripheral foreign affairs. In handling means, "softer, harder". Looking forward to the future, China's peripheral diplomatic strategy should maintain strategic determination, step by step, establish the principle of bottom line, and strive for early harvest.
