【摘要】：國際秩序是一種確定性行為的集合,也是一種以行為模式為內(nèi)容的公共產(chǎn)品,供給國與需求國的互動(dòng)和契合就決定了國際秩序的演變,而敵友情感曲線及敵友界分就是在敘述供給國和需求國的效用偏好,所謂行為顯示偏好。而效用偏好的結(jié)構(gòu)就通過行為顯示決定了國際秩序的結(jié)構(gòu)。敵友劃分并不是固定的,而是依據(jù)事件的發(fā)生而改變,但是敵友在概念上的界分是固定的。情感就是敵友界分的標(biāo)志和基礎(chǔ)。首先在于情感顯現(xiàn)敵友界分,其次在于情感在根本性質(zhì)上界分?jǐn)秤殃P(guān)系,最后在于情感容納現(xiàn)實(shí)利益和決策過程。另外,情感體現(xiàn)在行為上就是一種意志和判斷,情感是判斷,進(jìn)而就是方向,進(jìn)而就是權(quán)力,進(jìn)而就是秩序。從微觀的敵友區(qū)分經(jīng)由外交戰(zhàn)略和行動(dòng)演繹為宏觀上的國際秩序,可以通過情感、合作以及時(shí)間三個(gè)變量組成的坐標(biāo)系及其衍生的敵對(duì)和友好曲線的挪移來描述這一過程。相繼勾畫出了敵友生成圖、敵友區(qū)分圖、敵友曲線圖、國家實(shí)力圖、外交行動(dòng)彈性圖、理想交點(diǎn)軌跡圖、國際秩序演變圖和國際秩序類型圖,通過上述的圖示來呈現(xiàn)國際秩序演變的邏輯,具體如下:敵友生成圖敘述敵友生成,是敵友區(qū)分圖的基礎(chǔ);敵友區(qū)分圖確立劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和類型,以及其意味的行為傾向,即意志;敵友曲線圖敘述以事件發(fā)生為驅(qū)動(dòng)的動(dòng)態(tài)劃分過程,其時(shí)間截面呈現(xiàn)于敵友區(qū)分圖,其曲線移動(dòng)依據(jù)外交行動(dòng)彈性圖和國家實(shí)力圖;國家實(shí)力圖確定行為的力量,由敵友區(qū)分圖的結(jié)果具體計(jì)算;外交行動(dòng)彈性圖敘述一些行為的邏輯;理想交點(diǎn)軌跡圖建立在敵友曲線圖基礎(chǔ)上,敘述國家間關(guān)系的理想軌跡;國際秩序演變圖表示由敵友區(qū)分圖、國家實(shí)力圖和外交行動(dòng)彈性圖確定的行為和意志,及由此衍生出的行為結(jié)構(gòu)。國際秩序類型圖是國際秩序演變圖演變結(jié)果的不同類型。
[Abstract]:The international order is a collection of deterministic acts and a kind of public goods based on the behavior mode. The interaction and agreement between the supply and demand countries determines the evolution of the international order. The affective curve of the enemy and friend and the boundary of the friend and the enemy describe the utility preference of the supply country and the demand country, and the so-called behavior shows preference. The structure of utility preference determines the structure of the international order through behavior. The division of the enemy and friend is not fixed, but changes according to the event, but the conceptual boundary of the enemy and friend is fixed. Emotion is the mark and foundation of the division of friends and enemies. The first one is that the emotion shows the boundary of the enemy and friend, the second is that the emotion divides the relationship between the enemy and the friend in the fundamental nature, and the last is that the emotion accommodates the realistic interests and the decision-making process. In addition, emotion is a kind of will and judgment in behavior, emotion is judgment, then direction, power, and order. This process can be described by the coordinate system composed of three variables, emotion, cooperation and time, and the shift of hostile and friendly curves derived from the microcosmic distinction between enemies and friends through diplomatic strategy and action. One after another has drawn up a map of the generation of friends and enemies, a map of distinguishing enemies and friends, a graph of curves of enemy and friend, a map of national strength, a map of elasticity of diplomatic action, a map of the track of ideal points of intersection, a map of the evolution of international order and a map of the type of international order. The logic of the evolution of the international order is presented through the above diagrams, which are as follows: the generation of enemies and friends, which is the basis of the drawing of friends and enemies, the establishment of criteria and types of division of friends and enemies, as well as the tendency of behavior, that is, the will of the enemy and friends; The curve of the enemy and friend describes the dynamic division process driven by the occurrence of the event. The time section of the curve is presented in the distinguishing diagram of the enemy and the friend, and the curve is moved according to the diplomatic action elastic chart and the national strength chart; the national strength map determines the force of the behavior, The results of the distinguishing diagram of friends and enemies are calculated concretely, the logic of some behaviors are described in the elastic diagram of diplomatic action, the ideal intersection locus is established on the basis of the graph of enemy and friend, and the ideal track of inter-state relations is described. The chart of the evolution of the international order shows the behavior and will determined by the distinguishing diagram of enemies and friends, the map of national strength and the diagram of diplomatic action elasticity, and the resulting behavior structure. The type map of international order is the result of evolution of international order.
