【摘要】：本文結(jié)合英、法、美三個國家對加拿大聯(lián)邦成立后產(chǎn)生的影響,分析加拿大族群政策的演變過程,側(cè)重探討加拿大多元文化主義政策出臺的歷史背景和實施情況,并借助已有文獻和加拿大2011年人口數(shù)據(jù)~①,研究加拿大聯(lián)邦成立后的族群狀況和族群關(guān)系,著重關(guān)注英、法兩裔加拿大人在歷史上的矛盾糾葛。本文認為,加拿大在從"熔爐"到"馬賽克"的政策演變過程中,盡管民族問題一直存在,但不變的始終是國家統(tǒng)一原則,借以駁斥以我國民族問題為口實妄圖分裂我國的論斷。
[Abstract]:Combined with the influence of Britain, France and the United States on the Canadian Federation, this paper analyzes the evolution of Canadian ethnic policy, and focuses on the historical background and implementation of the Canadian multiculturalism policy. With the help of the existing literature and the population data of Canada in 2011, this paper studies the ethnic status and ethnic relations after the founding of the Commonwealth of Canada, focusing on the historical conflicts between British and French Canadians. This paper holds that in the process of policy evolution from "melting pot" to "mosaic" in Canada, although ethnic problems have always existed, the principle of national unity has always remained unchanged. In order to refute our national problems as a pretext for the attempt to split our country.
