【摘要】：馬克思提出的跨越資本主義“卡夫丁峽谷”理論設(shè)想為經(jīng)濟落后國家走向社會主義提供了理論支撐,但也留下了如何實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)力跨越發(fā)展的實踐難題。列寧、毛澤東先后根據(jù)本國的特殊國情進行了初步探索。改革開放以來,中國特色社會主義的艱辛探索和成功實踐,在一定程度上破解了這一難題。論文第一章先概述了“跨越”理論形成的歷史背景,以及從動因、來源、契機三方面論述提出緣由;第二章闡述了“跨越”理論的理論構(gòu)想與基本內(nèi)容,基本內(nèi)容是從跨越的因素以及階段和步驟兩方面進行論述的;第三章從前蘇聯(lián)和中國的社會主義道路探索兩方面進行闡述,總結(jié)和吸取蘇聯(lián)模式失敗的歷史經(jīng)驗教訓;第四章結(jié)合中國當代改革發(fā)展道路的實際,在認清中國發(fā)展道路的成就與代價的基礎(chǔ)上,對未來中國改革道路路徑進行探討。未來中國需要堅定不移地走科學發(fā)展、可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路,全面實施經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,堅持“引進來”與“走出去”相結(jié)合,積極參與國際競爭,完善各種體制、機制,為實現(xiàn)全面小康社會目標奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The theory proposed by Marx to cross the capitalist "the canyon canyon" provides a theoretical support for the economic backward countries to go to socialism, but it has also left a practical problem on how to achieve the development of productive forces. Lenin, Mao Zedong, has carried out a preliminary exploration according to the special national conditions of his own country. Since the reform and opening up, the Chinese characteristic society The first chapter of the paper outlines the historical background of the formation of "Leaping" theory, and discusses the reasons for the three aspects of motivation, source and opportunity, and the second chapter expounds the theoretical conception and basic content of the "leap" theory, and the basic content is from leapfrog. The third chapter expounds the two aspects of the socialist road exploration between the former Soviet Union and China, summarizes and draws the historical experiences and lessons of the failure of the Soviet model; and the fourth chapter, based on the reality of the road of China's contemporary reform and development, is based on the recognition of the achievements and costs of the road of China's development. In the future, the path of the road of China's reform is discussed. In the future, China must unswervingly follow the scientific development, the road of sustainable development, fully implement the transformation of the mode of economic development, adhere to the combination of "Introduction" and "going out", actively participate in international competition, improve various systems and mechanisms, and lay the foundation for the realization of the goal of a comprehensive well-off society.
