【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平總書記立足中國社會主義初級階段的基本國情,系統(tǒng)論述了保障和改善民生的目標(biāo)任務(wù)、基本思路和原則要求,形成了一系列有關(guān)民生發(fā)展和民生建設(shè)的新思想、新觀點、新論斷。習(xí)近平民生思想有著深厚的理論來源和實踐基礎(chǔ),是當(dāng)代馬克思主義中國化的最新成果,是中國共產(chǎn)黨歷代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體民生智慧的最高升華,是中國特色社會主義理論體系的重要組成部分。習(xí)近平民生思想具有獨特的價值意蘊,它展現(xiàn)了中國共產(chǎn)黨"立黨為公、執(zhí)政為民"的本質(zhì)要求,體現(xiàn)了社會主義制度的優(yōu)越性和感召力,實現(xiàn)了民生建設(shè)與"中國夢"的雙向建構(gòu)。習(xí)近平民生思想致力于以發(fā)展之實富民、以創(chuàng)新之舉利民、以公平之觀為民,逐步形成了"大民生觀"的嶄新理論體系,不僅賦予民生建設(shè)新的內(nèi)涵,也成為推動我國民生發(fā)展不斷取得新突破的有效理論指導(dǎo)和強大思想武器。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping, based on the basic national conditions of the primary stage of socialism in China, has systematically expounded the objectives, tasks, basic ideas and principle requirements for ensuring and improving the people's livelihood. Formed a series of new ideas, new viewpoints and new judgments on the development and construction of people's livelihood. Xi Jinping's thought on people's livelihood has a profound theoretical source and practical foundation, is the latest achievement of contemporary Marxism in China, and is the highest sublimation of the wisdom of the people's livelihood of the collective leadership of the Communist Party of China in successive dynasties. Socialism with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the theoretical system. Xi Jinping's thought of people's livelihood has unique value implication. It shows the essential requirement of the Communist Party of China "to establish the party for the public and to govern for the people", and embodies the superiority and inspiration of the socialist system. The two-way construction of people's livelihood and Chinese Dream has been realized. Xi Jinping's thought of people's livelihood is devoted to enriching the people with development, benefiting the people through innovation and taking the view of fairness as the people. It has gradually formed a new theoretical system of "the great people's livelihood", which not only endows the construction of people's livelihood with new connotations. It has also become an effective theoretical guide and a powerful ideological weapon to promote the development of people's livelihood in China.
