【摘要】：價(jià)值、制度、角色構(gòu)成人民政協(xié)利益表達(dá)功能的三重結(jié)構(gòu)。在價(jià)值層次,中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化與馬克思主義價(jià)值觀是建構(gòu)政協(xié)利益表達(dá)功能的文化基礎(chǔ)。制度層次包括兩個(gè)方面:一是宏觀制度結(jié)構(gòu),具體包括作為最廣泛愛(ài)國(guó)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線組織、作為共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的多黨合作與政治協(xié)商制度的組織形式、作為社會(huì)主義協(xié)商民主的重要載體與作為國(guó)家治理體系的重要組成部分四大結(jié)構(gòu);二是微觀制度結(jié)構(gòu),具體由政治協(xié)商、民主監(jiān)督、參政議政三大基本職能背后的機(jī)制機(jī)理構(gòu)成。角色層次則包括委員的個(gè)體性角色與界別的集體性角色。角色錄用、構(gòu)成等對(duì)政協(xié)利益表達(dá)功能發(fā)揮產(chǎn)生重要影響。
[Abstract]:Value, system and role constitute the triple structure of the interest expression function of CPPCC. At the value level, Chinese traditional culture and Marxist values are the cultural basis of constructing the function of expressing the interests of the CPPCC. The institutional level includes two aspects: first, the macro institutional structure, including the organizational form of the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party as the most extensive patriotic United front organization. As an important carrier of socialist deliberative democracy and as an important component of the national governance system, the four major structures; second, the micro institutional structure, which is specifically supervised by political consultation and democratic supervision. The mechanism and mechanism behind the three basic functions of participating in politics and discussing politics. The role level includes the individual role of the member and the collective role of the sector. Role recruitment, composition of the CPPCC interests to play an important role in the expression of the function.
