【摘要】:安倍第二次上臺以來,提出修改憲法,積極推行“積極和平主義”,并強行修改安保法案,解禁集體自衛(wèi)權(quán),強化日美同盟,期望謀求在國際的上的更高層次的地位和作用。安倍政府的這一舉動,引來了日本社會和國際社會的強烈批判和反對,各種反對活動在日本接踵而至,場面和規(guī)模都是非常之大,可見安倍政府破壞和平這一陰謀已被識破。從中我們對于安倍政府的行為可以看到日本民間維護(hù)和平的力量的作用和能量,他們不斷的努力與其相抗?fàn)?為日本社會爭取和平、維護(hù)和平。縱觀日本歷史,一直都存在著日本社會維護(hù)和平的行為,對其進(jìn)行深入研究有利于更好、更全面的了解日本社會和平力量維護(hù)和平的發(fā)展以及對和平的認(rèn)識,并對日本國內(nèi)以及國際社會的和平發(fā)展方面的研究提供一些參考。文章共分為四個部分。第一部分介紹了日本社會和平正能量的形成與發(fā)展。該部分主要是以日本和平憲法的頒布作為起點,對日本社會各方面的和平力量進(jìn)行總結(jié)和梳理,使人們能夠系統(tǒng)完整的看到日本和平力量的地位和作用。首先通過對日本社會和平正能量進(jìn)行界定,清楚的去理解該層力量的含義;其次從日本和平主義思想的確立與演進(jìn),和平組織和和平運動的形成與發(fā)展三方面來對日本社會和平正能量的形成進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡釋。第二部分介紹了安倍政府對日本社會和平正能量的悖逆。2013年12月,安倍首次提出“積極和平主義”這一思想,打著假和平的幌子推行一系列違背和平的政策。對于這一問題的研究主要從以下三個方面進(jìn)行論述:安倍“積極和平主義”的提出與內(nèi)涵,“安倍積極和平主義”的實質(zhì)與危害,安倍“積極和平主義”與日本社會和平正能量的區(qū)別。從而能夠真正認(rèn)識并認(rèn)清安倍的“積極和平主義”。第三部分主要探討了日本社會和平正能量對安倍“積極和平主義”的反對。分別從反對黨的抵制,前政要的發(fā)聲批評,民眾的抗議活動不斷,知識界人士的譴責(zé)四個方面來論述安倍的“積極和平主義”違背了日本的和平發(fā)展道路。第四部分是對日本社會和平正能量進(jìn)行了評析?梢钥闯,日本社會的和平量一直存在著,并發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用,他們所發(fā)揮的重要意義是我們不容忽視的,也是日本社會應(yīng)該提倡的、支持而力量;同時這部分力量也存在著自己的弱勢,也應(yīng)該引起注意。所以對日本社會和平力量進(jìn)行正確的評析對于日本社會的和平發(fā)展有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Since Abe took office the second time, he has proposed amending the Constitution, actively promoting "positive pacifism," forcibly revising the security bill, lifting the ban on the right of collective self-defence, strengthening the Japan-US alliance, and looking forward to seeking a higher status and role in the international arena. This move by the Abe government has attracted strong criticism and opposition from the Japanese society and the international community. Various opposition activities followed in Japan. The scene and scale are very large. It can be seen that the Abe government's plot to undermine peace has been uncovered. From the actions of Abe's government, we can see the role and energy of the Japanese folk forces in maintaining peace. They constantly struggle with it and strive for peace and maintain peace for the Japanese society. Throughout the history of Japan, there has always been an act of maintaining peace in Japanese society. In-depth study of it is conducive to a better and more comprehensive understanding of the development and understanding of the peaceful forces of Japanese society in maintaining peace. And to Japan and the international community of peaceful development to provide some reference. The article is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the formation and development of peaceful positive energy in Japanese society. This part mainly takes the promulgation of the Japanese Peace Constitution as the starting point, summarizes and combs the various aspects of the Japanese peace forces, so that people can see the position and role of the Japanese peace forces systematically and completely. First of all, by defining the positive energy of peace in Japanese society and clearly understanding the meaning of this layer of power; secondly, from the establishment and evolution of Japanese pacifism, The formation and development of the peace organization and the peace movement to explain the formation of the positive energy of peace in Japanese society in detail. The second part introduces Abe's government's rebellion against the positive energy of peace in Japanese society. In December 2013, Abe put forward the idea of "positive pacifism" for the first time, carrying out a series of policies against peace under the guise of false peace. The research on this problem is mainly discussed from the following three aspects: the proposition and connotation of Abe's "positive pacifism", the essence and harm of "Abe's positive pacifism", Abe's "positive pacifism" and the difference between Japanese society and the positive energy of peace. So that we can really recognize and recognize Abe's "positive pacifism." The third part mainly discusses the opposition of Japanese social peace positive energy to Abe's "positive pacifism". The opposition party's boycott, the vocal criticism of former political figures, the incessant protests by the public, and the condemnation by intellectuals of Abe's "positive pacifism" run counter to Japan's path of peaceful development. The fourth part is to evaluate the positive energy of Japanese social peace. It can be seen that the amount of peace in Japanese society exists all the time and plays an irreplaceable role. The important significance they play is not to be ignored, and it is also the strength and support that the Japanese society should advocate; At the same time, this part of the force also has its own weakness, should also attract attention. Therefore, it is of great significance for the peaceful development of Japanese society to make a correct assessment of the Japanese social peace forces.
