【摘要】：發(fā)展是社會追求進(jìn)步的永恒目標(biāo),也是當(dāng)今的時代主題。發(fā)展理念是發(fā)展實踐的引領(lǐng),是發(fā)展思路、發(fā)展方向、發(fā)展著力點的集中體現(xiàn)。世界各國在發(fā)展上的競爭,歸根結(jié)底也是發(fā)展理念的競爭。建國以來至今,中國社會的發(fā)展取得了世界矚目的成就。在這個過程中雖然有曲折,但成就是不容置疑的,之所以能取得如此豐碩的社會發(fā)展成就,首要歸功于有中國共產(chǎn)黨的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo),這與中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念的推進(jìn)與創(chuàng)新緊密關(guān)切。當(dāng)前就世情和國情而言,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、政治多極化的形勢越來越復(fù)雜,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)改革進(jìn)入深水區(qū)、全面建成小康社會進(jìn)入攻堅期,在此背景下進(jìn)行建國以來中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念演進(jìn)研究,具有重要的理論價值與實用價值。根據(jù)研究需要,本論文主要分為四章進(jìn)行研究:第一章:對中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念相關(guān)概念及其建構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行研究。根據(jù)對相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的考察和分析,廓清“發(fā)展”、“發(fā)展理念”、中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念等概念的含義;認(rèn)知中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念建構(gòu)的理論指導(dǎo)、思想源泉和現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ),以及對西方發(fā)展理念的揚棄與超越。為本論文研究的進(jìn)一步開展,奠定基礎(chǔ)。第二章:對建國以來中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念演進(jìn)的考察和把握,這是本文研究的一個主要內(nèi)容,也是本文研究的一個重點。利用歷史分析法和對比分析法,對新中國成立至改革開放前、改革開放以來至十八大召開前以及十八大以來,中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政歷程中的這三個重要時期進(jìn)行考察、探究,發(fā)掘和把握建國以來中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念演進(jìn)的基本歷史進(jìn)程和核心成果,為進(jìn)一步探尋中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念演進(jìn)的特征和經(jīng)驗提供研究鋪墊。第三章:對建國以來中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念的基本特征進(jìn)行分析,這是本文的難點之一。由于相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究較少,筆者在查閱資料文獻(xiàn)、深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納總結(jié)出五點基本特征,即繼承性與創(chuàng)新性的統(tǒng)一、國家利益與人民利益的統(tǒng)一、全局發(fā)展與重點建設(shè)的統(tǒng)一、社會發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)的統(tǒng)一、自身發(fā)展與世界共同發(fā)展的統(tǒng)一。第四章:探析建國以來中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展理念演進(jìn)的基本經(jīng)驗,這是本文研究的又一個重點和難點。在上述研究結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究和對建國以來中國共產(chǎn)黨實踐成效的考察,歸納了五點基本經(jīng)驗。即始終把發(fā)展作為黨的奮斗目標(biāo),始終堅持馬克思主義基本觀點、立場和方法,堅定不移地走中國特色社會主義發(fā)展道路,始終以實現(xiàn)廣大人民群眾的根本利益為價值目標(biāo),高度保持與時俱進(jìn)、勇于創(chuàng)新的精神勇氣。
[Abstract]:Development is the eternal goal of social progress and the theme of the times. The concept of development is the guide of development practice, the concentrated embodiment of development thought, direction and development focus. The competition in the development of countries in the world, in the final analysis is the competition of development ideas. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the development of Chinese society has made remarkable achievements in the world. Although there have been twists and turns in this process, there is no doubt that the achievements are unquestionable.Firstly, the success of such a rich social development can be attributed to the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China. This is closely concerned with the promotion and innovation of the Communist Party of China's development concept. As far as world conditions and national conditions are concerned, the situation of economic globalization and political multipolarization is becoming more and more complicated. China's economic reform has entered deep water areas and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way has entered a critical period. Under this background, it has important theoretical and practical value to study the evolution of the CPC's development idea since the founding of the people's Republic of China. According to the need of the research, this paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter: the research on the concept of the development of the CPC and its construction basis. Based on the investigation and analysis of the relevant literature, the author clarifies the meaning of the concepts of "development", "development idea", and the development idea of the Communist Party of China, and recognizes the theoretical guidance, ideological source and practical basis of the construction of the development idea of the Communist Party of China. And the western development concept of sublation and transcendence. For the further development of this paper, lay a foundation. The second chapter: the investigation and grasp of the evolution of the CPC's development concept since the founding of the people's Republic of China, which is a main content of this study, is also a focus of this study. By means of historical analysis and comparative analysis, the three important periods in the ruling process of the Communist Party of China from the founding of New China to the reform and opening up, from the beginning of the reform and opening up to the holding of the 18th National Congress and since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China were investigated and explored. This paper explores and grasps the basic historical process and core achievements of the evolution of the CPC's development idea since the founding of the people's Republic of China, and provides the basis for further exploring the characteristics and experiences of the evolution of the CPC's development concept. The third chapter analyzes the basic characteristics of the CPC's development concept since the founding of the people's Republic of China, which is one of the difficulties in this paper. Due to the lack of relevant literature, the author summarizes five basic characteristics on the basis of literature review and in-depth analysis, that is, the unity of inheritance and innovation, the unity of national interests and the interests of the people. The unity of overall development and key construction, the unity of social development and environmental protection, the unity of self-development and the common development of the world. Chapter four: to analyze the basic experience of the evolution of the CPC's development idea since the founding of the people's Republic of China, which is another important and difficult point in this paper. On the basis of the above conclusions, the author summarizes five basic experiences by studying the relevant literature and examining the practical effect of the Communist Party of China since the founding of the people's Republic of China. That is to say, we always regard development as the party's goal of struggle, always adhere to the basic viewpoints, stand and methods of Marxism, unswervingly follow the road of development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and always take the realization of the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people as the value goal. Keep pace with the times and have the courage to innovate.
