【摘要】：土耳其擁有獨特的地緣政治經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢,是中國"一帶一路"倡議中關鍵的節(jié)點國家。外交上,土耳其奉行歐亞主義戰(zhàn)略,不斷加強與中國等東方國家的聯(lián)系。伴隨經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,土耳其的大國雄心顯現(xiàn),官方正式提出了三個層次的"土耳其夢"。"一帶一路"倡議符合中土兩國發(fā)展的需要,不僅為"土耳其夢"的實現(xiàn)帶來了新的機遇,還為雙方在經(jīng)貿(mào)、金融、文化和安全等領域的合作開拓了更廣闊的空間。不過該倡議的實施也面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn)。目前,土耳其的世俗化進程受到了來自伊斯蘭教主義的阻礙,世俗社會的特征正在被逐漸削弱。所以,中方須密切關注土耳其政治和社會局勢的變化,土方也要為彼此合作創(chuàng)造有利的環(huán)境和條件。
[Abstract]:Turkey has a unique geopolitical and economic advantage and is a key node in China's Belt and Road initiative. Diplomatically, Turkey pursues a Eurasian strategy and constantly strengthens its ties with China and other eastern countries. With the rapid development of the economy, Turkey's great power ambitions have emerged, and the official has officially put forward the "Turkish dream" on three levels. " The "Belt and Road" initiative meets the needs of the development of China and Turkey. It not only brings new opportunities for the realization of the "Turkish dream", but also opens up a broader space for bilateral cooperation in the fields of economy and trade, finance, culture and security. But the implementation of the initiative also faces many challenges. Turkey's secularization process is now hampered by Islamism, and secular features are being eroded. Therefore, China should pay close attention to the changes in the political and social situation in Turkey, and the Turkish side should also create a favourable environment and conditions for mutual cooperation.
