【摘要】：我國老年人口的激增,導(dǎo)致了社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求的日益擴(kuò)大,并呈現(xiàn)出多元化的發(fā)展趨勢。養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的供給主體是養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才隊(duì)伍,人才隊(duì)伍整體素質(zhì)的提高則有助于滿足養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求。因此,對社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)問題進(jìn)行研究,進(jìn)一步提高人才素質(zhì),優(yōu)化養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人力資源配置,具有十分重要的意義。全文共分為七章。第一章運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法闡述了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才隊(duì)伍的理論研究現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)踐探索經(jīng)驗(yàn),進(jìn)而總結(jié)了人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)實(shí)踐啟示。第二章對社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才隊(duì)伍的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了剖析,并概述了相關(guān)理論。第三章基于需求層次理論對社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析,綜合運(yùn)用定性和定量分析法并結(jié)合養(yǎng)老服務(wù)供需影響因素闡述了社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)狀。第四章對比分析了我國社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才隊(duì)伍存在的問題,并探討了其成因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,第五章和第六章構(gòu)建了社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才隊(duì)伍問題解決平臺(tái),并對其主體、構(gòu)成、運(yùn)作流程和運(yùn)行保障進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。文章最后總結(jié)了主要研究工作、存在的不足、以及進(jìn)一步的研究方向。文章的主要貢獻(xiàn)在于：針對社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才隊(duì)伍存在的問題構(gòu)建了問題解決平臺(tái),該平臺(tái)的四個(gè)子體系之間可以相互推動(dòng),形成一個(gè)良性循環(huán),對于完善社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The increase of the elderly population in China has led to the increasing demand for the community home care service, and presents a diversified trend of development. The main body of the supply of the aged service is the endowment service talent team, and the improvement of the overall quality of the talent team will help to meet the needs of the service for the aged. It is of great significance to study the problems to further improve the quality of talents and optimize the allocation of human resources for the service of the aged. The full text is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter, using the method of literature analysis and experience summary, expounds the present situation and practical exploration experience of the theoretical Research on the personnel of the service for the aged at home and abroad, and then summarizes the talent team. The second chapter analyzes the related concepts of the community home care service personnel, and summarizes the related theories. The third chapter analyzes the needs of the community home care service based on the demand level theory, and expounds the qualitative and quantitative analysis method and combines the influencing factors of the supply and demand of the old-age service. The fourth chapter compares and analyzes the problems existing in the community home care service personnel and discusses the causes. On this basis, the fifth and sixth chapters have constructed the problem solving platform for the community home care service personnel, and the main body, the operation process and the operation guarantee. The main contributions of the article are: building a problem solving platform for the problems existing in the community home care service personnel, the four subsystems of the platform can promote each other to form a good. Sexual cycle has reference significance for improving the construction of community home care service personnel.
