【摘要】：本文認(rèn)為中產(chǎn)階層不等于中等收入群體,應(yīng)該從收入、職業(yè)和教育多個(gè)維度分析我國(guó)中產(chǎn)階層的規(guī)模與結(jié)構(gòu)。本文分析了中國(guó)綜合社會(huì)調(diào)查(CGSS)2005年、2010年、2013年的數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)中等收入群體所占的比例已經(jīng)較大,但真正意義上的中產(chǎn)階層的比例仍然較小。中產(chǎn)階層越來(lái)越集中于城市和東部地區(qū),城鄉(xiāng)之間、地區(qū)之間的社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)差異越來(lái)越大,第一產(chǎn)業(yè)中的中產(chǎn)階層發(fā)展也遇到了較大阻礙。本文認(rèn)為,要壯大中產(chǎn)階層,應(yīng)該進(jìn)一步增加居民收入,推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)、職業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,普及教育,推動(dòng)農(nóng)村地區(qū)、中西部地區(qū)中產(chǎn)階層的發(fā)展,扶持農(nóng)民工依靠技能提升、自主經(jīng)營(yíng)進(jìn)入中產(chǎn)階層。
[Abstract]:This paper holds that the middle class is not equal to the middle income group, and the scale and structure of the middle class should be analyzed from the perspectives of income, occupation and education. This paper analyzes the data of China Comprehensive Social Survey (CGSS) in 2005, 2010 and 2013. It is found that the proportion of middle income groups in China is already large, but the proportion of middle class in real sense is still relatively small. The middle class is more and more concentrated in the city and the eastern region, between the urban and rural areas, the social structure difference between the regions is more and more big, the middle class development in the primary industry has also encountered the big obstacle. This paper holds that in order to strengthen the middle class, we should further increase the income of the residents, promote the adjustment of industry, vocational structure, popularize education, promote the development of the middle class in rural areas and central and western regions, and support migrant workers to rely on the upgrading of their skills.
