【摘要】：生態(tài)系統(tǒng)視野下的"支持性就業(yè)"是殘疾人社會(huì)工作服務(wù)創(chuàng)新中的一種職業(yè)康復(fù)模式,主要針對(duì)有特殊需求的殘疾人,為他們的就業(yè)提供相應(yīng)的支持與幫助。本研究通過為殘疾人持續(xù)提供職業(yè)訓(xùn)練,以增進(jìn)他們的工作技能;通過理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,嘗試性地以實(shí)施"鯤鵬展翅工程"為路徑,提升殘疾人回歸社會(huì)的獲得感。
[Abstract]:The "supportive employment" in the view of the ecological system is a professional rehabilitation model in the innovation of social work service for the disabled. It is mainly aimed at providing relevant support and help for the disabled people with special needs. This study provides professional training for the disabled to improve their work skills through theory and practice. By combining practice and practice, we try to enhance the sense of acquisition of disabled people's return to society through the implementation of "the project of" Peng Peng's wings.
