【摘要】：正劉合波在《當(dāng)代世界與社會主義》2016年第6期撰文指出,在波蘭走向劇變的演進過程中,石油危機是不可忽視的外源性因素。國際市場動蕩誘發(fā)的國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟形勢惡化,造成了人民生活水平的嚴重下滑,而政府改革措施不力使得民眾不滿情緒高漲,最終引發(fā)政治危機。在這個連鎖反應(yīng)的鏈條中,國際市場成為導(dǎo)致政治動蕩的外因之一,并最終轉(zhuǎn)化為國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟形勢惡化的內(nèi)因,從而引發(fā)了國內(nèi)政治危機。因此,從這個角度來說,第一次石油危
[Abstract]:In the sixth issue of "Contemporary World and Socialism" in 2016, Zheng Liu Hebo pointed out that the oil crisis is an external factor that can not be ignored in the evolution of Poland toward drastic changes. The deterioration of the domestic economic situation induced by the turmoil in the international market has caused a serious decline in the living standards of the people, and the lack of government reform measures has caused a rise of discontent among the people and finally led to a political crisis.
