【摘要】："中國方案"中體現(xiàn)的"和平、發(fā)展、合作、共贏"的外交理念,"不搞強權(quán)獨霸、超越零和博弈",建立平等相待、互商互諒的伙伴關(guān)系,是構(gòu)筑人類命運共同體過程中的"正能量",為建立國際機制、遵守國際規(guī)則、追求國際正義,形成以合作、共贏為核心的世界新秩序奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The concept of " peace , development , cooperation and win - win " embodied in the Chinese Programme has laid the foundation for building an international mechanism , complying with international rules , pursuing international justice , and forming a new world order of cooperation and win - win in order to establish an international mechanism , abide by international rules and pursue international justice .
