【摘要】：近年來,面對(duì)嚴(yán)峻的內(nèi)外形勢(shì),俄羅斯的國(guó)際觀發(fā)生了重要變化,這種變化將對(duì)俄外交政策,尤其是對(duì)西方國(guó)家政策造成深刻影響。本文通過分析俄羅斯對(duì)外政策指導(dǎo)性文件以及精英階層、民眾對(duì)世界形勢(shì)、國(guó)際關(guān)系和國(guó)際事務(wù)的基本態(tài)度和理念的變化,可以看出俄羅斯對(duì)外部威脅的感知在加深,國(guó)家強(qiáng)調(diào)發(fā)展軍事力量,精英更傾向認(rèn)為軍事實(shí)力是實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家利益的手段,精英與民眾反美主義高漲,民族主義在俄羅斯社會(huì)上升,對(duì)大國(guó)地位的向往與追求被再次激發(fā)。俄羅斯國(guó)際觀發(fā)生新變化既有周邊環(huán)境和國(guó)際局勢(shì)惡化的外部因素,又有俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)困局、媒體宣傳、民族性格的自身因素。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the face of severe internal and external situation, Russia's international outlook has undergone important changes, which will have a profound impact on Russia's foreign policy, especially on western countries' policies. Through the analysis of Russia's foreign policy guidance documents and the changes in the basic attitudes and concepts of the elite and the masses towards the world situation, international relations and international affairs, we can see that Russia's perception of external threats is deepening. The state emphasizes the development of military power, the elite tend to think that military strength is the means to realize the national interests, the anti-Americanism between the elite and the public is rising, nationalism is rising in the Russian society, and the yearning and pursuit for the status of a great power are aroused again. The new changes in Russia's international outlook include the external factors of the deterioration of the surrounding environment and the international situation, the economic difficulties of Russia, the propaganda of the media, and the own factors of the national character.
