【摘要】：思想道德建設(shè)和科學(xué)文化建設(shè)是社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容。在信息高速發(fā)展的歷史條件下,社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè)獲得了具有時(shí)代特色的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì),同時(shí)也面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。與網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)合孕育了網(wǎng)絡(luò)精神文明建設(shè)的新空間、新方式,但在網(wǎng)絡(luò)精神文明建設(shè)的道路上已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了很多消極的因素,以其特有的破壞范圍和影響力度,對(duì)公眾的精神世界造成了極大的傷害。及時(shí)遏制它的蔓延,保證網(wǎng)絡(luò)精神文明建設(shè)平穩(wěn)推進(jìn),成為社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè)的新課題。網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全是國(guó)家安全問(wèn)題的重要組成部分,近年來(lái),隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的興起和普及,網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用門(mén)檻的降低,越來(lái)越多的不法分子看中互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的便捷,隱蔽等特性,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)施犯罪行為,例如:網(wǎng)絡(luò)病毒,釣魚(yú)網(wǎng)站,網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力和電信詐騙等,這些犯罪行為深深的危害著人民的人身,物質(zhì)財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,甚至帶來(lái)精神領(lǐng)域的影響。只有網(wǎng)民的基本安全得到保障,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)才能得到更加有序繁榮的發(fā)展。網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的根源來(lái)自于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的各種特殊屬性,但扭曲的發(fā)展卻開(kāi)始于自媒體的興起,其實(shí)質(zhì)是一種利益誘惑,媒體利用好網(wǎng)民對(duì)于熱點(diǎn),奇聞的好奇心理就會(huì)給自身帶來(lái)可觀的流量利益,但從利益的角度出發(fā)僅僅只是探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力根源的其中一點(diǎn)。更多的關(guān)注點(diǎn)應(yīng)該放在網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力帶給人們精神世界的摧殘,本文以網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力為切入點(diǎn)最終將探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力與國(guó)民心理健康問(wèn)題之間的關(guān)系,以及推演到精神文明建設(shè)道路上的各種難題。以筆者的自身經(jīng)歷,調(diào)查研究,查閱資料為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的現(xiàn)狀,所面臨的惡化情況,和國(guó)外治理網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的成功案例,進(jìn)行綜合分析,結(jié)合我國(guó)網(wǎng)民基數(shù)大的特殊國(guó)情,提出適合我國(guó)的建議,以達(dá)到凈化網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,完善思想道德建設(shè)和科學(xué)文化建設(shè)的目的。
[Abstract]:Ideological and moral construction and scientific and cultural construction are the main contents of socialist spiritual civilization construction. Under the historical condition of the rapid development of information, the construction of socialist spiritual civilization has obtained the opportunity of innovation and development with the characteristics of the times, at the same time, it is also facing unprecedented challenges. The combination with the network has given birth to a new space and a new way for the construction of the network spiritual civilization. However, many negative factors have emerged on the road of the construction of the network spiritual civilization, with its unique scope of destruction and influence. It has done great harm to the spiritual world of the public. It has become a new subject of socialist spiritual civilization construction to contain its spread in time and ensure the steady progress of the construction of network spiritual civilization. Network security is an important part of the national security problem. In recent years, with the rise and popularization of the Internet and the lowering of the threshold of network use, more and more lawbreakers are interested in the convenience and concealment of the Internet. The use of the network to commit criminal acts, such as: network viruses, fishing websites, network violence and telecommunications fraud, these criminal acts deeply harm the people's personal, material and property security, and even bring spiritual impact. Only the basic safety of Internet users is guaranteed, the Internet industry can get more orderly and prosperous development. The root of network violence comes from various special attributes of the network, but the distorted development begins from the rise of the media, its essence is a kind of benefit temptation, the media makes good use of the netizens to the hot spot, Curiosity will bring considerable traffic benefits to itself, but from the point of view of interest, it is only one of the root causes of network violence. More attention should be paid to the destruction of the spiritual world brought by the network violence. This paper will discuss the relationship between the network violence and the national mental health problems in the end with the network violence as the starting point. As well as deduces to the spiritual civilization construction road each kind of difficult problem. Based on the author's own experience, investigation and research, and consulting data, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of network violence, the worsening situation faced by it, and the successful cases of foreign countries in controlling network violence. According to the special situation of our country's Internet users, this paper puts forward some suggestions suitable for our country, in order to purify the network environment and perfect the ideological and moral construction and the scientific and cultural construction.
