【摘要】：伊朗議會(huì)政治的顯著特點(diǎn)是形式重于內(nèi)容,議會(huì)選舉是伊朗政壇派系斗爭的風(fēng)向標(biāo),圍繞議會(huì)選舉展開的派系斗爭清晰地反映了伊朗政治的發(fā)展歷程。基于領(lǐng)袖和總統(tǒng)在伊朗權(quán)力架構(gòu)中的作用和地位差異,1989年以來議會(huì)選舉中關(guān)于總統(tǒng)陣營與領(lǐng)袖陣營的票箱對決實(shí)際上是一個(gè)假問題,本質(zhì)上是統(tǒng)治集團(tuán)內(nèi)部不同派別的路線斗爭。2012年以來,各派勢力就后哈梅內(nèi)伊?xí)r代的權(quán)力布局展開了激烈爭奪,表面上看是保守派內(nèi)部上層利益與底層利益的碰撞,是不同派系間的政治博弈,更深層次的問題則是伊斯蘭政權(quán)下一步發(fā)展"依靠誰、服務(wù)誰"的路徑選擇角力。
[Abstract]:The prominent feature of Iranian parliamentary politics is that the form is more important than the content. The parliamentary election is the vane of the factional struggle in Iranian politics. The factional struggle around the parliamentary election clearly reflects the development of Iranian politics. Based on the differences in the role and status of leaders and presidents in Iran's power structure, the ballot box rivalry between the presidential and leadership camps in the parliamentary elections since 1989 is in fact a false question. It is essentially a struggle between the different factions within the ruling bloc. Since 2012, the factions have been engaged in a fierce struggle over the distribution of power in the post-Khamenei era, ostensibly a collision between the upper and bottom interests of the conservatives. It is a political game between different factions, and the deeper problem is the path choice of "who to rely on and who to serve" in the next step of Islamic regime development.
