【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)民族結(jié)構(gòu)理論對(duì)"一國兩制"的闡釋重視以兩岸四地在文化和血緣上的同一性為基礎(chǔ),建立"一個(gè)中國"的合法性。這一闡釋模式不論在理論上還是實(shí)踐上對(duì)"一國兩制"的實(shí)施都有無可替代的重要意義。但該解釋模式并非十全十美,隨著時(shí)代的變遷,其仍有需要進(jìn)行完善的空間。為此,一些"臺(tái)獨(dú)"、"港獨(dú)"分子利用傳統(tǒng)民族結(jié)構(gòu)闡釋的局限,通過強(qiáng)調(diào)兩岸四地的文化、制度差異來質(zhì)疑"一國兩制"的合法性。其實(shí)在兩岸四地彼此之間的聯(lián)系越來越緊密的狀況下,"一國兩制"已經(jīng)具有了哈貝馬斯的"后民族結(jié)構(gòu)"意蘊(yùn)。借助"后民族結(jié)構(gòu)"的理論視域,我們能夠更有說服力地澄明在存在文化差異、意識(shí)形態(tài)差異、社會(huì)制度差異的前提下,"一國兩制"的合法性來源。
[Abstract]:The interpretation of "one country, two systems" in the traditional theory of national structure is based on the cultural and consanguineous identity of the four places on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and establishes the legitimacy of "one China". This mode of interpretation has an irreplaceable significance for the implementation of "one country, two systems" both in theory and practice. But this explanation mode is not perfect, with the change of times, it still needs perfect space. For this reason, some "Taiwan independence" and "Hong Kong independence" elements take advantage of the limitations of the interpretation of the traditional national structure to question the legitimacy of "one country, two systems" by emphasizing the cultural and institutional differences between the two sides of the strait. In fact, under the condition that the two sides are more and more closely connected with each other, "one country, two systems" already has Habermas'"post-national structure" implication. With the help of the theoretical horizon of "post-national structure", we can more persuasively clarify the legitimacy of "one country, two systems" under the premise of cultural differences, ideological differences, and social systems differences.
