【摘要】：構(gòu)建瀾滄江-湄公河命運(yùn)共同體具有舉足輕重的作用,有利于提升中國(guó)的國(guó)際形象、增加瀾滄江-湄公河國(guó)家間的信任,提高中國(guó)—東盟整體的合作水平。中國(guó)支持在"一帶一路"背景下擴(kuò)大瀾湄合作,湄公河五國(guó)與中國(guó)合作意愿強(qiáng)烈,"一帶一路"倡議主張擴(kuò)大瀾湄國(guó)家間的互聯(lián)互通并與湄公河沿岸國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略契合,這些都為瀾滄江-湄公河命運(yùn)共同體的構(gòu)建提供了有利的契機(jī)。也存在來源于異質(zhì)的政治體制、第三方因素及跨境河流分歧與矛盾方面的困境。在"一帶一路"背景下,加強(qiáng)瀾湄安全共同體、經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體和人文共同體建設(shè)是構(gòu)建瀾滄江-湄公河命運(yùn)共同體的題中之意。
[Abstract]:The construction of Lancang-Mekong River Destiny Community plays an important role in promoting China's international image, increasing trust between Lancang-Mekong River countries and enhancing the level of China-ASEAN cooperation as a whole. China supports the expansion of Lanmae cooperation in the context of "Belt and Road", and the five Mekong countries have a strong willingness to cooperate with China. The "Belt and Road" initiative advocates the expansion of connectivity among the Lanmae countries and is in line with the development strategy of the countries along the Mekong River. All these provide a favorable opportunity for the construction of Lancang-Mekong River Destiny Community. There are also difficulties arising from heterogeneous political systems, third-party factors and cross-border river disagreements and contradictions. Under the background of Belt and Road, strengthening the construction of Lanmae Security Community, Economic Community and Humanities Community is the meaning of constructing Lancangjiang-Mekong River Destiny Community.
