【摘要】：一個(gè)政治社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模巨大的中國(guó),對(duì)我們塔吉克斯坦非常具有吸引力,也是我們塔吉克斯坦希望與之成為富有前景的伙伴。由于塔吉克斯坦與中國(guó)地緣上毗鄰、邊境地區(qū)已有運(yùn)輸基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和悠久的經(jīng)濟(jì)交往傳統(tǒng),又由于塔吉克斯坦方面非常敬仰中國(guó),所以目前塔吉克斯坦不再探索和借用其它西方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式,而是去研究在塔吉克斯坦實(shí)行中國(guó)改革方法。塔吉克斯坦正在運(yùn)用中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革經(jīng)驗(yàn)和治理模式,思考本國(guó)如何進(jìn)行經(jīng)營(yíng)管理,發(fā)展本國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì),只有這樣塔吉克斯坦的經(jīng)濟(jì)變革之路才能走得更遠(yuǎn)。在這個(gè)背景下,更好地完善塔中關(guān)系非常關(guān)鍵。本文主要探討塔中關(guān)系存在的問(wèn)題及相對(duì)應(yīng)的解決思路。全文主要包括五個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論。主要從中塔關(guān)系的背景、現(xiàn)狀、研究目的和研究方法等方面進(jìn)行闡述。第二部分為塔中關(guān)系的建立與發(fā)展。主要包括:塔中關(guān)系的緣起,即安全問(wèn)題是兩國(guó)關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ);塔中關(guān)系的全面發(fā)展,即政治上“越來(lái)越近”,經(jīng)濟(jì)上“越來(lái)越緊”,文化上“越來(lái)越融”。第三部分闡述塔吉克斯坦與中國(guó)雙邊關(guān)系中存在的問(wèn)題。主要包括:塔中關(guān)系中的經(jīng)濟(jì)摩擦問(wèn)題;語(yǔ)言文化和價(jià)值觀的差異問(wèn)題;民族宗教問(wèn)題;地緣政治問(wèn)題。第四部分闡述塔中關(guān)系問(wèn)題的解決對(duì)策。主要包括:調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略促成合作;不斷增強(qiáng)文化交流;打擊民族宗教極端主義維護(hù)穩(wěn)定和平;相互提高彼此戰(zhàn)略地位。第五部分是結(jié)論。為今后兩國(guó)關(guān)系的發(fā)展總結(jié)出以下幾條重要經(jīng)驗(yàn):相互尊重為兩國(guó)合作交往的基礎(chǔ);互利共贏為兩國(guó)交流加深的助力器;雙方國(guó)民的友好情誼是兩國(guó)交往的保障;兩國(guó)也需進(jìn)一步深化科學(xué)、教育、衛(wèi)生、文化等各個(gè)方面的合作。
[Abstract]:A politically and socially stable China with a huge economy is very attractive to us in Tajikistan and a promising partner with which we in Tajikistan want to be. Because Tajikistan is geographically adjacent to China, the border areas already have transport infrastructure and a long tradition of economic exchanges, and because Tajikistan has a lot of respect for China, So now Tajikistan is no longer exploring and borrowing other Western economic development models, but to study the implementation of China's reform methods in Tajikistan. Tajikistan is using China's economic reform experience and governance model to think about how to manage and develop its own economy. Only in this way can Tajikistan's economic transformation go further. In this context, better relations between the tower and China is crucial. This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the relationship between the tower and China and the corresponding solutions. The full text mainly includes five parts. The first part is the introduction. Mainly from the background, status quo, research purposes and research methods. The second part is the establishment and development of the relationship between the two countries. It mainly includes: the origin of the relations between the two countries, that is, the security issue is the basis of the relations between the two countries, and the all-round development of the relations between the two countries means that the overall development of the relations between the two countries is "closer and closer" politically, "tighter and tighter" in economy and "more and more integrated" in culture. The third part expounds the problems existing in the bilateral relations between Tajikistan and China. It mainly includes: economic frictions in the relations between China and Tajikistan; differences in language, culture and values; ethnic and religious issues; geopolitical issues. The fourth part expounds the solution to the problem of Tarim-China relationship. It mainly includes: readjusting economic strategy to promote cooperation; continuously strengthening cultural exchanges; cracking down on ethnic and religious extremism; maintaining stability and peace; and enhancing each other's strategic position. The fifth part is the conclusion. The following important experiences are summarized for the future development of bilateral relations: mutual respect is the basis for cooperation and exchanges between the two countries; mutual benefit and win-win cooperation are the boosters for deepening exchanges between the two countries; friendship between the two countries' nationals is the guarantee of bilateral exchanges; The two countries also need to deepen their cooperation in science, education, health and culture.
