【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平在繼承前人人民觀的基礎(chǔ)上又有了創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展,其思想內(nèi)容可以凝練概括為“人民主體論”和“人民中心論”。堅(jiān)持人民主體地位,要把人民作為中國共產(chǎn)黨一切工作的最高裁決者和最終評(píng)判者,作為改革的主體。以人民為中心,要在心態(tài)上把人民放在心中最高位置,在方向上把“人民對(duì)美好生活的向往”作為奮斗目標(biāo),在行為上不斷增強(qiáng)為人民服務(wù)的本領(lǐng)技能。兩者體現(xiàn)了在新形勢下黨在認(rèn)識(shí)、處理黨與人民關(guān)系上的理論自覺與執(zhí)政自覺的高度統(tǒng)一,為更好地踐行群眾路線、深入推進(jìn)“四個(gè)全面”的實(shí)施、助推中國夢的實(shí)現(xiàn)都有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, Xi Jinping has developed and innovated on the basis of inheriting the former people's view, and his ideological content can be summarized as "people's subject theory" and "people's center theory". To uphold the status of the people as the subject of reform, the people should be the supreme adjudicator and final judge of all the work of the Communist Party of China. Regarding the people as the center, we should put the people in the highest position in our mind, regard "the people's yearning for a better life" as the goal of struggle in the direction, and constantly enhance our ability to serve the people in our behavior. Both of them reflect the high unity of the Party's understanding in dealing with the relationship between the Party and the people and the ruling consciousness under the new situation, in order to better practice the mass line and further promote the implementation of the "four comprehensive" policies. The realization of promoting Chinese Dream has important practical significance.
