【摘要】：在習近平總書記提出的五大發(fā)展理念中,"共享發(fā)展"理念直接關系到中國全面深化改革的新構想。同其他發(fā)展理念相比,"共享發(fā)展"理念成為中國制度改革的設計原則,決定著中國特色社會主義的政治性質(zhì)。其他發(fā)展理念多少有增量發(fā)展的漸進性含義,"共享發(fā)展"理念則更多強調(diào)發(fā)展方向的總體性意義,是對鄧小平同志關于中國特色社會主義改革不得背離"共同富裕"這個根本目標的論斷的再詮釋和新發(fā)展。實現(xiàn)"共享"和"共享發(fā)展"理念,需要具體的社會條件�？朔绊懝蚕戆l(fā)展的諸多消極因素,落實"共享發(fā)展"理念,是中國新一輪改革的重心。把"共享發(fā)展"理念提到中國特色社會主義制度之頂層設計原則的高度,才能精確把握這一理念蘊藏的重要政治含義。
[Abstract]:Among the five development concepts put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the concept of "shared development" is directly related to China's new concept of comprehensively deepening reform. Compared with other development concepts, the concept of "shared development" has become the design principle of China's institutional reform and determines the political nature of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Other development concepts have more or less the gradual meaning of incremental development, while the concept of "shared development" emphasizes more on the overall significance of the direction of development. It is a reinterpretation and new development of Comrade Deng Xiaoping's argument that socialist reform with Chinese characteristics must not deviate from the fundamental goal of "common prosperity". The realization of the concept of "sharing" and "shared development" requires specific social conditions. Overcoming the negative factors affecting the development of sharing and implementing the concept of "shared development" are the focus of China's new round of reform. Only by raising the idea of "shared development" to the height of the top design principle of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics can we accurately grasp the important political meaning contained in this concept.
